[2Type of Potato Wedges] Seasoned Fried Potatoes, Oven Baked Potatoes, and Cream Cheese Dip

I made seasoned potato wedges and cream cheese sauce.
It's delicious to eat just potatoes, but I dipped it in cheese sauce too. It's like eating at a restaurant.
I have prepared both how to bake with oven and how to make without oven.
It's easy and delicious, so make it.
*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).
[2~3 servings]
✤ Oven Potatoes
- 510g, 3 Potatoes
- 2g (1tsp) Salt
- 1g (1tsp) Chili powder (or paprika powder)
- 4g (2tsp) Curry powder
- 21g (3Tbsp) olive oil
- 27g (3Tbsp) Starch powder
- Rosemary (optional)
✤ Fried Potatoes
- 510g, 3 Potatoes
- 2g (1tsp) Salt
- 1g (1tsp) Chili powder (or paprika powder)
- 4g (2tsp) Curry powder
- 70ml Water
- 27g (3Tbsp) Wheat flour
- 45g (5Tbsp) Starch powder (any kind)
✤ Cream Cheese Sauce
- 50g (6Tbsp) Ricotta cheese
- 50g (2Tbsp) Cream cheese
- 7g (1Tbsp) Olive oil
- 14g (2Tbsp) Water
- 1g(1.5 tsp) Oregano
- 2g (2tsp) Lemon zest
- 30g (2Tbsp) Honey
- 0.3 tsp Pepper powder
✤ Toppings
- Parmesan Cheese
- Pepper powder
- Rosemary
- Salt (optional)
✤ TIP
- You can change to feta cheese or brata cheese instead of ricotta cheese.
- When frying potatoes, adjust it to start (medium heat) and when it turns golden (low heat).
(If the pot is large, start (high heat), and when it turns golden (medium heat))
- Fried potatoes are much crispier than oven potatoes.
- You can also do it in the air fryer.

This looks absolutely delicious! If I could, I would eat this every day!
Saw some potatoes that needed to get used up, so I tried the oven baked method with a different blend of seasonings (no-salt greek seasoning because of the salt added in the process, paprika, rosemary) -- after adjusting the cooking time a bit, they turned out so good! What's nice about these cooking methods is that you can really apply about any kind of seasoning that you like that go well with potatoes. May have to try the deep-fried method with those seasonings in the video sometime~

I just absolutely love the fake biting sound. It's so genuine! Especially when someone bites into a potato wedge with a dollop of sauce which is supposed to be atleast a little squishy but you make it sound like two transformers colliding....I'm just dying to listen to the absolute bite crunch of you drinking milk with a chopstick
