Hiya. Could you please let us know what brand of tomato puree and red chilli sauce you use? I want it to turn out EXACTLY like yours.

This is an Indian chef’s recipe. It’s regular chilli sauce, just not sweet chilli sauce. Brand should not matter. Same goes for the tomato puree. Brand does not matter. Just watch out for sugar content. Go for the one with lower sugar content.

@@GirlWantsANap don’t know where you’re located. I am in India and I used Ching’s brand of Red Chilli sauce & Dabur homemade Tomato purée .
You can use any type of Red Chilli sauce just don’t add too much initially. Mix the sauce, taste it and then add more if required.
As for the tomato purée, use tomato paste that is available for you. Good luck 😊👍🏻
