- Steve finally gets his hands on this magnificent on and off road vehicle for a full review and test drive. The Defender is back at last and it really delivers. Check it out and see if you agree!
One of the best reviews in terms of presentation style. Factual, informative but not overbearing.
Thanks for your kind feedback! We really appreciate it. Hope you tell your friends and Subscribe..:) Steve
At last a new review from Steve. I'm gonna hit that like button even before watching it!
Take care.
How the HELL is UA-cam not throwing this guy and his content all over the place?! This channel rocks.
edit: I can tell he enjoyed reviewing the 2010-2012 Range Rover A LOT more lol
Glad you enjoy our work. I really appreciate your support and hope you tell all of your friends to Subscribe..:) Steve
5.8 seconds that thing moves
What an enthusiastic and professional review, the humour injection is phenomenal too 😎 damn I so want one of those Defenders now
Thanks! Glad to have you as one of our fans..:) Steve
2023 Lottery Win SUV is a 110 V8. I Can Dream, Can't I? (smile)
Glad you're still at it. Great videos.
Thanks! I'll be still at it until I can't be still at it anymore...so stay tuned for more fun..:) Steve
@@rosenthalstevek8869 your Volvo C70 video got me to buy my 2012 C70. Gosh that was 9 years ago. Great job, hope you keep making these.
@@JCPicache So good to hear from "old friends"!!! Glad to help in any way I can..:) Steve
Excellent review !
so I ran out an bought one, drives amazing, but computer glitches are never ending, wait to buy one!
in some countries, a vehicle that cam carry 8+ passengers requires a different driving license
I want V8 back.
IT'S COMING
I think I rather want the Toyota Landcruiser 200 series ......
Does the middle row seat recline?
They are an available option, my friend.
This car (or truck?....) is one whale of a beautiful vehicle. I saw one yesterday at the dealer in Wichita, KS, and it’s a most appealing vehicle. IMO, it’s the best Land Rover ever built. Size, utility, capability, capacity, visual appearance, tech appointments, etc., it can do it all.
The #1 Car Channel and Legendary :)
Nobody reviews cars like you!
Thanks! I really appreciate your kind words and support..:) Steve
Nice truck, but a bit much for my taste. I was a big fan of the LR3 & LR4 that later morphed to look like every other SUV on the road and they lost me. But you know the vast majority of the buyers of this one will never see any off-road action, unless you consider running over your neighbor's lawn jockey and/or garbage can 'off-roading'.
Don't forget the occasional curbs from parallel parking in the city.
Great info and Presentation!!! Reston is cool!
Thanks a lot! I'm glad you enjoy our work. Reston's great. Stop by sometime and we'll grab some coffee..:) Steve
Luv you my friend .. great job
Thanks so much! I really appreciate your kind words..:) Steve
The reason why you can’t get the front bench and the +2 is because a longer defender 130 is coming with 8 seats... so I assume with that front bench and +2 being able to be configured together.
I learn something new everyday! Thanks..:) Steve
You better tell Land Rover that so they’ll know 🙄
Have been waiting for this review. Great stuff Steve!
Thanks! I had a lot of fun with this video..:) Steve
combustion engines are now museum pieces!
Well they're going be around for at least 3 more decades.
@@JD-kf2ki combustion engines took 100 years to evolve. Electric will now take 20
Actually my favorite Land Rover design. I liked the Evoque and the others language but this is definitely a standout in the suv landscape.
12:02 no way that was the startup sound
yea no way in hell
I'll bet the 8 seater idea is not allowed because they're going to release a larger version of the Defender in a year or two which will allow for that.
Sorry, This defender needs at least 33" tires on 18" rims with a rear locker. Do those and then come back. Those tires shown are laughable.
Looks like a big KIA. Utterly disappointing. I’ll keep my 2011 LR4 HSE.
Charles Rogers lr4 looks like a large Toyota rav 4
Great vehicle! No doubt.
But after owning one(110 first edition) for 2 months I am a bit disappointed. Lots of glitches with the infotainment and no hot spot and no adaptive cruise control.
I understand it’s an off roader but to get there I need to drive at least 3 hrs. From the city. So ACC. Is important
The adaptive cruise control and the hotspot thingy are optional extras and when a brand new car comes out, it is sometimes expected to get a few issues with the first lot of cars but with updates and fixes it should be fine.
Maybe you just haven't found the button for the cruise control?
