Wiimote USB C Charging Mod Installation

I'm not selling these anymore, for a variety of reasons, though I may choose to create a more scalable and reliable version in the future. If you'd like to make one yourself, I put some details in my Discord of what parts I used as well as the CAD for the 3D printed frame.

The only issue I have is the cut in the cover. Does the cover fit without trimming? If it is I'd buy one and just take the cover off each time it needs to be charged. Otherwise it would be cool if someone was able to model and 3d print a cover that has the cut out in it that looks cleaner, like the battery covers for the GBA USB-C batteries.
