The DS is modified with a Loopy Capture card as well as custom modification that I designed to control buttons/touchscreen. Programs are public on my Github. DS4Windows was used to get touchpad input from the Dualsense, but everything else is handled by programs I wrote.

WHY IS IT SO LOUD
The only issue I have is the cut in the cover. Does the cover fit without trimming? If it is I'd buy one and just take the cover off each time it needs to be charged. Otherwise it would be cool if someone was able to model and 3d print a cover that has the cut out in it that looks cleaner, like the battery covers for the GBA USB-C batteries.

how has no one made a new wii remote that just has this in it i mean we have currently 70 off brand nintendo controller types like 12 8 bit do switch controllers and not a single wii upgrade aside from this video

How long the barrery last?
Over 3 hours, though I haven't done a stress test where I play on a Wii until the wiimote dies.

While I do sell a mod to allow you to do all the stuff with buttons, the touchscreen mod is a complicated installation so I don't sell it. All the files are public on my Github though.
I was wondering, how would you go about just simply controlling the buttons via something like an Arduino? I'd like to make / adapt an external controller (a Neo Geo stick) to work on the DS for when I'm using my capture card.
This mod is powered by a Teensy 4, which is basically just a more powerful Arduino variant. Installation of the one in the video is quite complex, due to the touchscreen wiring. I sell a mod which does just the buttons. It's powered by an Arduino Pro Micro and has a custom flex PCB that I designed which connects all the pins on the Pro Micro to the correct points on the DS motherboard. If you don't want to buy one of the mods from me, the code is open source, so you'd just have to hand-wire each pin on the Arduino to the correct pin on the DS.
