  • Today we are showing some agility ladder and agility hurdle training to help improve your footwork, kumite, balance, rhythm, and stamina. The focus here is to incorporate kumite basics into the training and exercises, such as keeping your hands up and always looking straight ahead.
    Remember you don't have to use this equipment if you don't have it, find some stuff lying around the house that will make use of these hurdle exercises; use tape or chalk to make an agility ladder and practice as much as you can!
