It got to a point where I would get super anxious and stressed. It was a weird feeling of anxiety, not anxiety exactly. But it felt like a heart attack was creeping on (not that I've had one). It was the weirdest, most uncomfortable "fight or flight" stressed feeling ever. It would last about 2 hours before it wore off. I had about 3 months off coffee and never felt it since getting back on it. Almost 28 and I've doubled my caffeine tolerance since hitting the gym. The nice thing about caffiene (unlike every other drug) is that it only takes about 2 weeks to completely reset your tolerance, and go back to feeling buzzed from a single cup of coffee.
I appreciate this video. So I am studying to become an EMT. During my courses we went over patient vitals. My instructor took my BP and I was running extremely high in a hypertensive number. The breakdown was I had taken 1 red bull and pre workout along with coffee that day. I was alert and awake but did not realize I was clocking my heart at 180/ 74 mmhg. To give you perspective 180/120 is considered high risk for stroke, heart attack etc as in it could happen sooner than later. Two days later no supplements completely turns out my normal BP is 140 which is high, but I am making better passive choices to drop that over time. The fact that I jumped that high over approximately 500mgs of caffeine is insane. So as he says DONT DO IT. Have oatmeal instead for a pre workout for 7 days. Cardiovascular issues are an extremely serious subject that are silent. You usually wont know your in a danger zone until the actual symptoms show. Listen to Daddy Noel.
Tried this for just under two weeks and immediately felt the affects of one regular monster like it was a pre-workout. Caffeine detox. Appreciate the friendly reminder. Thank You 🙏

I luv the fact he uses any chance to advertise his pre work out. That's a smart business man there not just a god
Thank you Noel
The nice thing about caffiene (unlike every other drug) is that it only takes about 2 weeks to completely reset your tolerance, and go back to feeling buzzed from a single cup of coffee.
There's me that uses water and still get a good pump 😎👀
I love this guy

Im not mad about his way to advertise. Im really not. Real genius. Love to you,Noel.
Thank You 🙏
I did my workout without the pre yesterday. I got more done, the caffeine makes me too jittery and impatient.
Great advice, I did this for awhile. With little sleep that combination can be very bad
