It is DEFINITELY something you’ll want to work up to. Week one, weighing out my food and counting macros took a lot of my free time. And just three weeks in, I already know what some of my meals will be without counting them out. Diet is the hardest part for most people. Be patient, but don’t be lazy.

Lost 11kg already, and I can see changes as I progress, everything got bigger and stronger. Sometimes I feel like that lockdown was the dirty bulk I needed to see what clean bulk and strict workouts can do. Stay strong, Stay healthy.
I genuinely love you Noel. You are the reason behind my consistency. And I mean this when I say it, you are literally the best fitness model and influencer to ever exist.

And I kinda fell in this hole of not having the motivation to workout or to really do anything and that messed with me hard, but I kept seeing your videos on Tik Tok and they helped and motivated a lot. I've been going for about a month and a bit, I already see tons of difference with my muscles!, so I just wanna say thank you man for showing me that I can achieve greater accomplishments with hard work and discipline. I also wanna thank you for all the motivation you've given me. so thanks homie

As a 16 year old male, it’s been a few years and It’s been quite hard for years now…one day it just sort of snapped. I became a vegetarian because i knew that could be quite beneficial and more healthy, since all vegan food is usually healthy, and most meats nowadays are processed. After that, things became easier to cut out of my diet. I stopped drinking all types of sodas. I stopped eating literally everything that was processed and unhealthy and started eating protein bars and such. I’m not trying to brag, but I’m happy with the progress I’ve made and thought I’d share it with at least somebody since just 3 year before this change I was becoming quite lazy, and gaining a bit more weight then I liked, I had a belly that I was not quite happy about. But I was able to overcome the odds and change my bad eating habits. Fast forward to today, i am able to see my 6 pack quite well and have nice tricep/biceps too. I hope I was somewhat inspiring, and I wish everyone good luck on their journey.:)
Ik being vegetarian can be beneficial to most people but eating the right (unprocessed) meat can be better than being vegetarian. I think that you should look into how Rogan and his experiences with only meat and compare that to being vegetarian and see what works for you. Keep up the great work.
I'm a meat eater and it took me only 2 years to go from stick figure to having a visible 6 pack and large arm muscles (I don't even have equipment because of the quarantine) Also I'm 15 rn and started my journey at 13 around when quarantine started.
🔥🔥thank you for the motivation sir. I never believed in myself -that someone like me could not achieve anything by going to the gym. Now I am motivated and determined.

Dude today I needed this. I'm not willing to become a bodybuilder (but I have tons of respect for everyone in this sport) but I am looking for a body transformation. Have been hard working in the gym in the last 8 months but I saw small results, felt like sh*t in front of the mirror. This literally got me.out of that state and made me realize I'm just at the beginning of the process. Big up and respect 💪🏻
South Africa, baby! Noel, your content is excellent and so down to earth. It makes me happy and proud to see a fellow South African making a positive change in the world via the internet.
just started gym a week ago, zyzz memes and especially noel's videos has been inspiring me to go to the gym, but it's not like i do it for memes or anything, i do realize how important it is to be confident, and i really hope that i could get a boost of confidence after i hit my bodygoal, that's all i want from this. though i know it's gonna be a long way, i will still do this and chase my goal no matter how long it will take for me.
Most people decide to "get in shape" and start to diet and workout intensely at the same time, and within 3-4 weeks they quit and feel like failures. Here is my advice, eat what you want! And go to the gym and give it your all, once you have sorted out your gym routine, gotten "gym fit" and start feeling and seeing results then you can gradually start adapting your diet. I'm a comfort food guy, i love sugar and i don't gym to look good, i gym so i can eat what i want to. Sure I'm no Brad Pitt or Noel 😉 but I'm strong and relatively fit and i know that with a month or 2 of dieting i can look very good but looking fantastic just isn't that important to me, I'm happy with looking good, feeling great and eating all the comfort food my heart and mind desires. On the plus point, after eating a lot of comfort food i know the next day i need to go harder in the gym and magically i have the energy to do so. Supplements,... Umm moderate creatine monohydrate as a slight booster after each workout and that is it.
I just realized that I spelt consistency wrong after I uploaded. Please don't roast me lol

Love the piece about *working up to a disciplined diet* instead of diving right into all of it.
Been lifting on and off for 7 years, and I recently decided to start counting my macros and following a program. I’ve done programs before and followed diets, but never counted my macros.
It is DEFINITELY something you’ll want to work up to. Week one, weighing out my food and counting macros took a lot of my free time. And just three weeks in, I already know what some of my meals will be without counting them out.
Diet is the hardest part for most people. Be patient, but don’t be lazy.
Especially for fussy eaters. You find one meal you like, that's healthy or high in carbs and protein etc. Then eat that repeatedly and keep trying to find a second one. Alternate between the two and so on
@@Tom757 right. One thing I found working for awhile was whole grain spaghetti and ground beef. Gosh, love that stuff man. With pasta sauce, obviously. That’s the best part, getting to choose your *sauce* 🤌

You don't have to "not listen" to others. Why would you not listen to someone calling you names. Maybe they have a problem with their envy, maybe they're in emotional distress.
That’s great man!
That’s great, good for you. I’m trying my best now, but couldn’t be as committed as you on food, cutting out bad food completely.
Ik being vegetarian can be beneficial to most people but eating the right (unprocessed) meat can be better than being vegetarian. I think that you should look into how Rogan and his experiences with only meat and compare that to being vegetarian and see what works for you. Keep up the great work.
I mean meat is good if you take advantage of the fats and proteins inside of it and exercise very hard, even better combined with vegetables.
I'm a meat eater and it took me only 2 years to go from stick figure to having a visible 6 pack and large arm muscles (I don't even have equipment because of the quarantine)
Also I'm 15 rn and started my journey at 13 around when quarantine started.
You look a lot like how my dad used to look when he was young.
