I lost the dongle for the 3D pulse. I’m on Ps5 and I was wondering if the 3.5mm to 3.5mm Jack work on the Ps5 controller? And will it affect the sound quality? I really want to keep the same sound quality, I don’t care so much about mic quality. Please can someone help me out, thanks!
Same sound quality. The controller works as the USB, both of which are just acting as the Bluetooth for the headset. I actually find the controller connection to allow for my audio to be louder.
Try checking the games settings. If u can’t find it there then try making a private party and change the Audio of the party to game chat. Not sure if that’ll work but it’s worth a try
just adjust the game chat and game sound on the pulse 3d its all in the left side of the headset. maybe its focus on game sound you should balanced it if your playing pvp game especially 3rd person shooter or fps
I lost my USB dongle. I have mine pluged into my ps4 remote. The audio come through on the remote but my microphones arnt showing up on the system at all. It does on other stuff and they work just fine
Still can’t get my audio to output to the headset. It connects and knows it exists, but refuses to output audio. I’m able to hear myself via the mic. So weird….. Edit - I realized that my Game/Chat had been turned all the way to chat, which is why I couldn’t hear anything. Hopefully this helps someone else.

@@dominicknight7824 If on ps5, make sure to check your sound settings then check the button on your controller to make sure orange light is off.

l look in ur box again it should be in there. If not u can buy replacement dongle on ebay, Amazon etc

I think if u don't use the dongle ur mic is the ps5 controller and that's why the quality is worse

No the dongle is what produces the Bluetooth connection from headset to controller. So if you’re not using it wired then no that wouldn’t work
