    I tried the risotto over the weekend and made the nourishing bowl today....The husband wanted a twist in his meals from what he gets at work! I decided to cook these for lunch for him and we both loved it. Very easy and definitely nourishing. Thank you for sharing. ❤️ From India

    What kind of pan are you using? I'm in the market for a good non-stick pan so I can use less oil in my cooking.

    Actually!! Coconut oil is better for cooking since it had a higher smoke point thus it gets rancid less when cooking :) olive oil is better as dressing or anything that doesn't involve cooking or heat!!

    question: you guys eat the sweet potato skin? :o (real question, i never use SP)

    • @julietmarlowe5661
      @julietmarlowe5661 6 років тому +1

      Salome PJ yes I always eat the skin, I eat most skin even pumpkin, ideally you want to use organic, but it's debateable if the toxics/chemicals in the skin are more harmful then just regular pollutants we encounter daily.

    Was that a huge spoon or a tiny bowl? I would eat twice that amount. And I’m not a big person.

    • @Simplyquinoa
      @Simplyquinoa  6 років тому

      It was a small bowl! I usually have about 1.5 times that amount BUT it so surprisingly filling!!

    Point of truth: this is Not Stuffed sweet potatoes. This IS Dressed sweet potatoes. To Stuff sweet potatoes: scoop out flesh & add to filling. After well mixed refill cavity.

      Too bad you are all determined to be upset over truth. Never said it was a bad recipe. That's your own inferences. It was an FYI that you obviously couldn't handle. No disrespect intended. Just trying to point out a truth you obviously don't want to know. For your choosing to be offended I feel sad. Thought maybe the truth would be knowledge you would like to have. Obviously Not so.
