Even though I have only known you and your songs for a few days, I am already a fan, and wish you all the best for a brilliant, happy future. I do have a suggestion for the show “sakudumbam”. It is great that you introduced Sowmya’s family, but I wish you involved them more in the show. It would have been great to hear from the husband what Sowmya is like personally, how he supports her singing, etc. It looked awkward for the husband to just sit there without any involvement in the show. But thank you for introducing Sowmya’s family. While we listeners think of Sowmya as a Goddess, it is great to see even Goddesses blessed with beautiful families!

hello soumya sister, your voice is very clear and flexible. and seem to have strong karnatic music BG. i humbly suggest you to thank your god whoever it is shiva, vishnu, jesus, allaah , buddha, mahaveer. movie songs are good but best is devotionaly gratitude songs. you may choose the best devotional songs. there are devotional audience waiting for you to sing for them !!

She got opportuninty to participate in this interview only because of her talent. I dont know her in personal, But, I heared many songs sung by her. My suggestion is that before you post anything nasty about any third person, just try to analyse your words being written. I bet you have no idea about the other commentator, she might be just another knowledgeable person in music, or good musician, so beware and control your words in future.
Sorry to say Ms Aarya, taking strain while singing cannot be taken as a measure of good singing skills. Have you ever noticed how much strain our dear Kerala's Vanambaady K S Chithra puts bring out the melodies which sooo much accepted by all of us Malayalees, including you and me. So facial expressions cannot be a judging milestone. True that Ms Soumya does have some flaws, but she is just another girl & not a Lataji or Dasettan for comparison. Soumya has yet to go a long way in coming to the forefront of Indian Music. Wishing her all the best for the same!
