  • Welcome to today’s 35 min yin yoga class for full body. This is for welcomes, new to yoga, old practitioners.
    I am using cushions to give me support, you can bring in props, pillows or cushion.
    Yin Yoga is a wonderful way to release stress from the body and mind. This practice goes beyond stretching the muscles and bring in good stress for deeper connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments and tendon.
