40 min Yin Yoga for Legs – Yoga for Hips, Hamstrings & Thighs
A yin class to melt the tension away from the lower half of the body. All levels are welcome.
Yin Yoga is a wonderful way to release stress and tension from the body and the mind. It's very healing for our nervous system. This class focuses on the lower body so the poses will work on our hips, hamstrings and thighs. We will be holding the postures from 2-3 mins with steady, slow breath and no activation throughout the body, so the muscles are relax.
This practice goes beyond stretching the muscles and bring in good stress for deeper connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments and tendon.
This is for all levels of practitioners. Having props, like bolster and blocks will provide more support while being in yin poses.

    add some pause between asanas, onscreen timer would help. asana at 14:03 is difficult for beginners like me. mention some alternate pose. the last 2 mins of instructions were not clear. thanks for your precious time.

Thank you for this channel and the videos you have made thus far, I am kindly requesting if could you please make a tutorial of the proper way to perform the following seated leg warm up exercises (1) Ankle Bending, (2) Ankle Rotations, (3) Toes Bending, with same viewpoint as in this video and with legs position facing towards the camera, Thank you 😊🙏
