Getting 70 fps at 4k/ultra with fsr quality and frame gen with some dips with rx 6800, i5 12600k and 32 gb of ram, graphics even at ultra didn't seem too different from the ps5, especially vegetation density, and a hell lot of stutters, kind of disappointig port
Apparently the demo is from an older version of the game, similar to what happened with the demo on PS5. The demo has also received a patch since I made this video but I think it would be best to see what the full release performs like. Hopefully it's much better indeed!

With my system Ryzen 9 3900X + RTX 3080 10 Gigs it runs okey at 1440p FSR 3 quality mode and Frame Gen. I haven't measured it but it felt like a 90% fluid 60+ fps.
Framegen causes some artifacts when you spin the camera around the character. (at least for me). I hope the full games runs better, buts it's only a month away...

Apparently the same happened to the PS5 launch where the demo was an older version of the game. We'll have to wait and see how the game runs at launch I reckon.
Eyah, when you enable FG the vrams just go insane, my rx6600xt FG off almost near 8gb vram and because this game was in PS5 so vrams is the biggest issues even in 1080p, after i use FG the frame rate is increasing a lot but got random stutter because the game is max out vram and has to set the game to FSR balance to play .

Hi, I am using an external capture card for recordings. The poor performance seems to affect not everyone, which is strange. But there are people with 4080's struggling to hit 60 fps at 1440p, and then there are people who dont have that issue at all. No idea why.
@@agentshadycia258 Yeah, the demo is very weird actually. I have 2 friends both with a 4070 Ti and 7600X CPUs, the one gets 130fps, the other cant even break 60 fps, same settings. It was so funny seeing them fight about this. Other games their performance is pretty similar so it's just this game that has many issues currently.
Just a note, when restarting the game the performance restores somewhat, but only for a little bit before it tanks again.

Final Fantasy games release pretty broken, quite a long track record... i wish it wasnt so. Long patch roadmap seems to be the norm these days.

Yeah, I dont have much hope. Game doesnt look like it's in the best technical state currently.
Well they patched it two days ago. Moving in the right direction.
The upscaling in here is also broken sometime too.

I am getting nearly double your performance (6800XT) with FG enabled at 4k quality mid to high. I think you are Vram bottlenecked (using 13GB+).
It's possible. Waiting for my 16GB GPU to arrive so will test with that again for sure.

Before, but I tested again after the driver released and there's no difference in the performance at all.
