The gods and angles would be split between both sides. Also who would win in a fight: alternate version of current Goku and vegeta to make vegito, fused with current goku and vegeta , and then those vegitos fuse(pretend it’s possible) vs the grand priest . This super or double vegitos also would have kaioken*20 and ultra instinct

I'm right there with ya... I always really liked GT, personally. I liked how well it was able to recapture the fun, lighthearted tone of the original DB, and managed to incorporate an "adventure" spirit while also keeping the same sense of sense of scale in terms of villains and the threat they posed. I also really like the character development. Best of all though, I like how streamlined GT felt - it manages to fit quite a lot of story material into its 64 episodes and keep things moving along with each episode, but the pacing still feels appropriate. None of them feel like filler - unlike DBZ, which is like 25 to 30% filler :P As for Super, I just started it and am only 6 episodes in lol - but so far I love it!

GT is one of those things where at first you didn't like or appreciate it bc it was different, but after a while it grows on you and you realize it was great in it's own ways and you start to reminisce about it.
Weirdly enough for me it’s the complete opposite. I’ve always loved GT, maybe because I was too young at the time to know what the heck “canon” even meant so I just enjoyed it for what it was and saw DBGT as the continuation to DBZ which at the time was the original canon continuation of the Toei Animated series (never the canon continuation of the manga). DBGT felt like it had such a fitting, impactful and well written ending (hence why I appreciate it so much).
Илья Король he looked cool but he just seemed like a vegito rip off. The Broly movie made gogeta a bit more serious and not as willing to toy with his enemies like vegito.
I wonder why they didn’t introduce SSGSS in GT since the timeline is set way after Goku mastered Super Saiyan God. That’s what I’m so confused about. It’s like the new db’s are just based on story’s leading up to the GT timeline.
Dragon ball gt was decent just a alternate timeline where beerus never woke up but the ending to gt was the best everyone cried it made actually really hard to say goodbye to one of our childhood beloved character.
To me, GT isn't canon. But, that doesn't make it bad. The Super Saiyan 4 Tranformation was pretty good, Baby was cool concept, and the Shadow Dragons were an interesting execution from the beginning. However, as time went on, all those things felt kind of disappointing (That is, if you exclude the SS4 Transformation).
you know Super can be still played out in the way that GT story still works ;p in fact i belive they pick time frame between Z buu saga and Z ending just to make story not collide with GT. When GT was made they never knew there gonna be Super
GT was terrible. I don't care about canon - GT was simply extremely bad. Also it's impossible for GT to exist anymore, there are far too many crucial differences between Super and GT (different depiction of hell, Kibito Kai defused, Freeza being insanely powerful, the existence of god forms etc.).

You can, Super is an example. After the universe, you go a multiverse and threaten the destruction of the multiverse. Toriyama was just too tired and burned out back then to go that route, not because he didn’t think of a multiverse. He introduced 3 different timelines in canon that follow the MWI Multiverse theory. He even refers to the movies as their own timelines.
Gt had some really good moments, namely (for me) going back to Saiyan origins with the Oozaru form, SSj4, the tuffles and baby Vegeta, the overall potential of what the Shadow dragon arc could have been, Pan potentially going Ssj and that very heartfelt ending with Goku leaving, It was alright.
Metsuryu Ogi Kai if they had given Pan a little less of an annoying personality and let her go ssj and take out some side enemies I think gt would have been better
The ending with Goku going to visit piccolo in hell, killin, roshi, etc. Really hits me hard no matter how many times I have seen it. I was so happy that it came back with super but when watching GT as it was being aired in the United States, seeing the very end of dragon ball as we knew it at that time was super hard on me, brought tears to my eyes.
Yess it does and it was made right after dbz so it felt like nothing was changing. Baby, super 17 and the shenrons were very memorable and the transformations as well. It began with the dragon balls...and it ended with them too
The first 16 episodes are such a slog that it's practically impossible to get past them unless you liked the initial Dragon Ball series so most DBZ fans just left. That and kid Goku. I mean they could've done at least something with Piccolo too...
I like the way how GT ended It's the best ending one can give Full of suspense and making Goku immortal They could have draged the series for 350 episodes with more stories and finally give the same ending
I want the ending of super to be as similar as gt. Dragon ball started with Goku and the dragon balls, it should end with it as well. It was probably the best ending in the entirety of anime and manga history (my personal opinion)
Forget the dragonball absorpton part, it was Goku walking as a ghost through the world tournament spectators while DAN DAN played in the backround showing all the big moments form dragonball and dragonball z. I legit had tears in my eyes because they were saying this is the end of Goku, the end of dragonball.
Ending was trash. Goku beats OS with a spirit bomb in his base form after getting killed? Nah. I never liked that ending, even as a kid when I liked the show just because it was more Dragon Ball smh. I'm fond of the Baby Saga and Ss4 Gojeta is alright but thats it
It's funny that the reason they turned Goku into a kid again was to nerf him yet already in the first arc they make him fight and beat General Rildo, who's already stronger than Kid Buu apparently
They retconned it. By the time he regained his tail, he was equal to his adult form. Before that he only had less energy capacity, but his power was the same as always.

It's so smart how they scaled Goku down instead of keeping him so much more powerful than the rest. As shown in DBS everybody apart from Goku and Vegeta is now irrelevant because of Goku and Vegetas power.
You're letting your nostalgia get the best of you. GT still had anyone who wasn't Goku or Vegeta be worthless. Goku ended up fighting Baby alone, Goku ended up fighting Super 17 alone (with some slight help from 18), Goku and Vegeta ended up being the only two who could touch Omega Shenron.

Meanwhile, his friends are getting beaten to death, and _that_ doesn't trigger him? Then there's Cell trying to goad him into getting stronger when he was already keeping up with Cell, Gohan getting his dad killed, Vegeta getting Gohan weakened, etc... Yeah, everyone in that arc contracted a case of stupid.

I LOVED GT here is why. When Z ended i was still fairly young like most of us. I didnt know the difference between cannon and non i didnt know what was intended to be in the main story and what was side story. I just saw that there was going to be more dbz and i was excited. When Z ended i literally cried for like a week straight and did nothing but play bukadai 3 all day long. GT gave me something more to look forward too. it may have its flaws but i loved it.
Sadly GT never became as big as Z or OG Dragonball. Got axed 60 episodes in and ruined the dragonball brand like db evolution. Lol, GT didn't even scratch the surface of DB Super's hype that completely destroyed the internet and filled stadiums.

Linch Lord I actually agree that the early episodes of GT kind of sucked. It didn't really get enjoyable until Baby Saga. I guess the para para brothers were kind of funny.
Unpredictable. Yeah I can get behind that. But at the same time it leaves Alot of Problems open to invade what's already a Pre-established setting! The series was made by fans of DBZ for Fans of DBZ. I have no problem with this, But Fans aren't good storytellers, and it's very, VERY Clear from the events in GT just how bad some of these story beats are.
GT was a breath of fresh air for me after the original Dragon Ball. Most people are fixated on the fact that it isn't Z and that Goku is a kid. Who cares? GT brings back the sense of story and adventure that Z lacks. And I'm delighted to know that Toriyama was apart of the show after all.

I agree that GT brought back a sense of adventure from the original dragonball, searching for the 7 balls like the old days on a universe scale was pretty cool. But I found the episodes to be boring and dry to be honest. Losing adult Goku was just the icing on the shit cake for me, but honestly it was a slew of factors. I'll admit it, I love the 7 episode power ups and the suspense it brought. I like the monstrous villains that grossly out-scale the heroes until Goku and cast find some new kind of form. I like adult Goku his lighthearted knuclehead demeanor until shit gets real and he has a death stare at his enemy. I like the crazy goosebumps I got when seeing Goku transform into a new height of power for the first time. Dragonball will always be in my heart as a great adventure, but to me Z was my super hero fantasy, much like a Marvel/DC teenage fanboy.

Yeah the concepts were GREAT ideas but the way they did it wouldve been much better in a different anime without the dragonball name. They just didnt understand the dragonball spirit and i dont think most fans understand either. Most fans are only in it for the endless powering up and spiky hair and shit. For me its more about what dragonball (the manga) is all about and seeing that come alive in super. Gt almost had it ironically in the episodes everyone hates (the first 16 which were actually closer to the manga than the others) Toriyama isnt into all that weird sci fi shit really. His characters have humor in them and come from classic oriental literature. Dbgt is just fucking star trek for weabs....
@Rough Divide super is aweome and why? I liked seeing them add in things they didnt have time to put in the movie. The animation sucked but that was due to the animators strike. It got better.
When a series is too popular for it's own good, Franchise Fatigue comes in. Everyone was burnt out after Z ended and Dragon Ball was just too popular at the time to stop. Now that it's in a Renaissance, the people working on the franchise again has to make sure they don't make that same mistake with Super.
it didn't feel like a ending it felt like it would have an extra part after awhile if you watch the last ep of gt and then the goku jr movie, i felt they could have done a goku jr story at that point but then it would just be wrong like all the new yugioh's stories.

Unlike other manga artists these days this manga legend NEVER took any week break NEVER! (unless it's New Years) despite all them side projects.(Dragon Quest, Chrono Trigger, his own Illustration book etc..) What a legend.
This was a very well made and informative video! I knew a lot of this already, but I did learn some new stuff. GT gets unfairly hated on. For the most, I really enjoyed it. Especially Super Saiyan 4, because it's still the best looking transformation in my opinion.

I like to think that the DBGT series is in another multiverse separate from the Super multiverse. In my head canon, DBGT is in the Multiverse of the Original Movies and the Original version of the DBZ anime (The one where the Kais are the true head honchoes) while DBS is set in the nearly destroyed Multiverse of DBZ Kai (Where the gods and angels exist).

If they really insist on turning goku into a kid, It would have been better if it were others than just goku. I know super is already the "goku and vegeta show" But i think it would have been neat if vegeta was turned into a child aswell. That would have been something fresh for the series. Plus hilarious.
Jeb us they did! he's called Vegeta jr. in the gt movie 100 years later they introduce both Goku jr. and Vegeta jr. they even fight each other as Super Saiyans. I'm going to assume it was an idea that they were throwing around when they first premiered gt. but, later dropped. I honestly think turning Goku and Vegeta into kids would have made GT way more interesting. it would have de-scaled them heavily. fixing the problem super suffers from. I really think they would have had way more episodes if they kept Goku and Vegeta kids. it would have been an interesting Dynamic to see the other characters interacting with them. it's no surprise that Goku and Vegeta are the two most popular. their issue always being that they're too overpowered. weakening them both to Frieza Saga levels I think should have been the best solution. there's plenty more ideas creatively in the scale of Frieza and cell imo.
The truth about GT is that if it was EXACTLY the same as it is today and toriyama has written it, it wouldn’t be considered bad. I watched it with an open mind and seriously enjoyed it. Especially when it came to the baby saga and shadow dragon saga
I think we can all agree that dragon ball GT actually had villains that actually had purpose and the ideas behind it were amazing (Not talking about Super17) A Villain that actually had a purpose for trying to kill Goku and Vegeta because his race were driven to extinction by the saiyans and is now seeking revenge by using the Saiyan's battle hungry strength against themselves. Then the final arc The Shadow Dragon arc had the perfect way to end the series by ending it the way it all started..... The dragon balls. This idea was actually perfect even though the writers of GT played it terribly, but the last episode was all that anyone could have asked for.
Jacobie Brian there's a problem.with that. The Saiyans were extinct so what revenge? Baby's goals were selfish conquering. And the shadow dragons are a good idea that actually doesn't make sense. None of the wishes were evil or selfish enough and the villains weren't really tied to it or the main characters or even had much of a goal. Not saying they were bad but you're being a bit hyperbolic here. Baby is basically the Androids. And db had good stuff without that. Like kami and piccolo were similar to the shadow dragons. Plus it's hard to say if they fit db since Tori didn't do it or how he would have done it. There is no totally good arc. There's good designs when it reached the baby Vegeta portion and the 17 portion.

I really love GT currently re-watching the show ....... i think the story was good, but just needed more detail in terms of it's depth ..... The show just felt rushed from one thing to the next

BULMAS Machine ;) Bulmas inventions have always be the deus ex machina (literally) ob DB Series. ;) But SSJ4 was well thouht because they took the first impression of what a SSJ could be from DBZ. SSG is symbolism of japan itself with red colour, and i do know that, japan had red coloured round shaped in their flag with white background, it symbolize japan as "The Land of The Rising Sun" and yeah SSG pretty symbolic to that, everyone in this vids comment section said that Son Wukong gain his Godhood, well he does, but wukong simply gain his godhood retaining his ape form, if you wanna relate to that SS4 more symbolic to that tbh. SSGSS/SSB is just typically a recolour of SSJ1 with some modification, it straightforward. UI is the coolest form of Goku is correct, yes that is the coolest form or maybe strongest form? DB Fandom talk about UI mostly not because the crazy effort that mangaka put their effort to desain it rather by it's power, yes UI cool not because it's cool but because it's Bowerful. As what i understand about DBS super saiyan hair colour is from Toriyama said the color is represent fire colour.. Which is, Yellow (SSJ1 to SSJ3) the first heat Red (SSG) Second, more heat than yellow Blue (SSGSS or SGB) Third, more heat than red. White (Goku UI) Last, more heat than blue.. Correct me if im wrong..

Dreamville 907 I disagree with 1,5,7,8,9,10. Pan isn't that bad. All you who hate her, hate her because she's a bit Whiney...and that's it, and it's not even as bad as people say it is. Vegeta getting the way he did is kinda mixed, but the way vegeta gets forms/skips forms in this series is like a meme. Regarding trunks, I feel if vegeta didn't seemingly stop fighting/or training or whatever trunks would probably be "better" but from the circumstances shown in GT it seemed about right.
My grandfather told me that he saw The Titanic, and that from the beginning he warned all the people that that boat would sink, but they ignored him, however they were warned again in several occassions, until they kicked him out the cinema.
I really don't dislike GT that much. I don't get the extreme hate it receives. As a child I was just glad to have more Dragon Ball, so maybe that was it. SS4 Gogeta though will always be a legend IMO.
Making Goku a child in GT was the biggest turn-off for me. The series as a whole was good though. Nice character designs, superb transformations, nicely delivered ending...
May May That is an opinion and roshi not recognizing kid Goku immediately makes sense considering it's been over 30 years since he saw kid Goku hell he didn't even recognize teen Goku in dragonball and he didn't se him for like 10 years.
That was a turn off at first but i would say later on it stroke a nice balance between Goofy kid Goku and serious Goku, and you know when he change his expresion for a serious one even as a kid he would do something pretty amazing.
It's not Cannon because Toriyama ended the DragonBall series after the Buu Arc. In fact Toriyama says "In my mind, Dragon Ball ended a long time ago" he goes on and calls GT a "side story". Its Toriyama's subtle way of saying it isn't Cannon
I dont understand why there was a decline in the Buu Saga and why some fans don't like the Buu Arc. That makes me very angry as Buu is one of the greatest Villians and Goodie of all time. Buu achieved what most villians could'nt. If it was'nt for Buu there would be No fusions/SS3/Redeeming Hercule/Majin Vegeta etc. so if your one of those fans who loved those aspects well you have the Buu Saga to thank for that. All fans should be appricative on getting new Dbz/GT/Super material and see it as an extentsion of the story we love.Fuck the haters. Yes, you might dislike certain elements but dont completley write off an Arc or series just because of whatever reason you think.
Same here. And on top of all that it had the perfect balance between action, slice of life, playfulness and seriousness. Which I would argue no other arc had.
It had a better closing than super though. Also left more to the imagination. Goku got to train 100 years with shenron and become the dragon balls, so he was pretty much a demigod at that point.

I liked it after they got past the travel episodes. Once they started dealing with Baby and all it got really interesting, but everything before that was just kinda boring. As far as Goku being a kid.....eeeeeeehhhh. It doesn't "ruin it" but it does kinda hinder it a little. Especially when it comes to super saiyan 4's miraculous clothes change with his shirt appearing and disappearing out of nowhere and his pants, boots, and belt just changing color for no reason. All and all though, I kinda did like it.
The only good thing about GT was SSJ4, which was an awesome transformation. But other than that GT sucks. My main problem with GT is the fight scenes, they were extremely boring and lacked action. I think they didn’t have the budget to animate good fight scenes so they tried to hide that by filling the fights with a bunch of talking. Literally a they would spend a majority of a fight scene talking, then they would fight a little bit and then they’d go back to talking. The fights were garbage and most of the dialogue in between the fighting was cringeworthy.
DBGT needs to be rebooted and by that, Akira Toriyama needs to make his own manga version of DBGT and keep Goku as an adult, keep using the SS4 transformations, the sagas, SS4 fusion, the DBGT characters, etc. and make an anime version truly based on the manga version of DBGT. Not a bad idea, eh?
Black Goku facts, we've seen trunks way too much in dragon ball z (future and kid). let's see what's up with goten. I also miss his hairstyle at the end of DBZ. they should have stuck with that look.
I honestly thought making goku a kid made the story a lot more entertaining... it led to different humor and was almost like a permant transformation that made ssj4 even cooler
GT definitely was an important part of my childhood but I really don't understand all the people saying its better than super. Other than them rehashing the movies and Ribrianne the Super anime has been amazing. Vegeta finally gets his shine, there are some cool side character moments (Finally), new characters like Beerus and Hit are better than any new characters introduced in GT, Trunks was actually done right in Super unlike GT... I can go on... the only thing I remember liking about GT was the OP and SSJ4.

I'm right there with ya... I always really liked GT, personally. I liked how well it was able to recapture the fun, lighthearted tone of the original DB, and managed to incorporate an "adventure" spirit while also keeping the same sense of sense of scale in terms of villains and the threat they posed. I also really like the character development.
Best of all though, I like how streamlined GT felt - it manages to fit quite a lot of story material into its 64 episodes and keep things moving along with each episode, but the pacing still feels appropriate. None of them feel like filler - unlike DBZ, which is like 25 to 30% filler :P
As for Super, I just started it and am only 6 episodes in lol - but so far I love it!

GT is one of those things where at first you didn't like or appreciate it bc it was different, but after a while it grows on you and you realize it was great in it's own ways and you start to reminisce about it.
Weirdly enough for me it’s the complete opposite. I’ve always loved GT, maybe because I was too young at the time to know what the heck “canon” even meant so I just enjoyed it for what it was and saw DBGT as the continuation to DBZ which at the time was the original canon continuation of the Toei Animated series (never the canon continuation of the manga). DBGT felt like it had such a fitting, impactful and well written ending (hence why I appreciate it so much).

To me, GT isn't canon. But, that doesn't make it bad. The Super Saiyan 4 Tranformation was pretty good, Baby was cool concept, and the Shadow Dragons were an interesting execution from the beginning. However, as time went on, all those things felt kind of disappointing (That is, if you exclude the SS4 Transformation).

GT was terrible. I don't care about canon - GT was simply extremely bad. Also it's impossible for GT to exist anymore, there are far too many crucial differences between Super and GT (different depiction of hell, Kibito Kai defused, Freeza being insanely powerful, the existence of god forms etc.).

You can, Super is an example. After the universe, you go a multiverse and threaten the destruction of the multiverse. Toriyama was just too tired and burned out back then to go that route, not because he didn’t think of a multiverse. He introduced 3 different timelines in canon that follow the MWI Multiverse theory. He even refers to the movies as their own timelines.
Gt had some really good moments, namely (for me) going back to Saiyan origins with the Oozaru form, SSj4, the tuffles and baby Vegeta, the overall potential of what the Shadow dragon arc could have been, Pan potentially going Ssj and that very heartfelt ending with Goku leaving, It was alright.
Metsuryu Ogi Kai if they had given Pan a little less of an annoying personality and let her go ssj and take out some side enemies I think gt would have been better

The ending with Goku going to visit piccolo in hell, killin, roshi, etc. Really hits me hard no matter how many times I have seen it. I was so happy that it came back with super but when watching GT as it was being aired in the United States, seeing the very end of dragon ball as we knew it at that time was super hard on me, brought tears to my eyes.
I'm not sure why GT gets so much hate. I think it really carries as much spirit and heart as any of the other series and has some stellar moments.

Forget the dragonball absorpton part, it was Goku walking as a ghost through the world tournament spectators while DAN DAN played in the backround showing all the big moments form dragonball and dragonball z. I legit had tears in my eyes because they were saying this is the end of Goku, the end of dragonball.

Then there's Cell trying to goad him into getting stronger when he was already keeping up with Cell, Gohan getting his dad killed, Vegeta getting Gohan weakened, etc... Yeah, everyone in that arc contracted a case of stupid.

I LOVED GT here is why. When Z ended i was still fairly young like most of us. I didnt know the difference between cannon and non i didnt know what was intended to be in the main story and what was side story. I just saw that there was going to be more dbz and i was excited. When Z ended i literally cried for like a week straight and did nothing but play bukadai 3 all day long. GT gave me something more to look forward too. it may have its flaws but i loved it.

I agree that GT brought back a sense of adventure from the original dragonball, searching for the 7 balls like the old days on a universe scale was pretty cool. But I found the episodes to be boring and dry to be honest. Losing adult Goku was just the icing on the shit cake for me, but honestly it was a slew of factors.
I'll admit it, I love the 7 episode power ups and the suspense it brought. I like the monstrous villains that grossly out-scale the heroes until Goku and cast find some new kind of form. I like adult Goku his lighthearted knuclehead demeanor until shit gets real and he has a death stare at his enemy. I like the crazy goosebumps I got when seeing Goku transform into a new height of power for the first time. Dragonball will always be in my heart as a great adventure, but to me Z was my super hero fantasy, much like a Marvel/DC teenage fanboy.

Yeah the concepts were GREAT ideas but the way they did it wouldve been much better in a different anime without the dragonball name. They just didnt understand the dragonball spirit and i dont think most fans understand either. Most fans are only in it for the endless powering up and spiky hair and shit. For me its more about what dragonball (the manga) is all about and seeing that come alive in super. Gt almost had it ironically in the episodes everyone hates (the first 16 which were actually closer to the manga than the others)

When a series is too popular for it's own good, Franchise Fatigue comes in. Everyone was burnt out after Z ended and Dragon Ball was just too popular at the time to stop. Now that it's in a Renaissance, the people working on the franchise again has to make sure they don't make that same mistake with Super.

in the gt movie 100 years later they introduce both Goku jr. and Vegeta jr. they even fight each other as Super Saiyans. I'm going to assume it was an idea that they were throwing around when they first premiered gt. but, later dropped. I honestly think turning Goku and Vegeta into kids would have made GT way more interesting. it would have de-scaled them heavily. fixing the problem super suffers from. I really think they would have had way more episodes if they kept Goku and Vegeta kids. it would have been an interesting Dynamic to see the other characters interacting with them. it's no surprise that Goku and Vegeta are the two most popular. their issue always being that they're too overpowered.
weakening them both to Frieza Saga levels I think should have been the best solution. there's plenty more ideas creatively in the scale of Frieza and cell imo.
The truth about GT is that if it was EXACTLY the same as it is today and toriyama has written it, it wouldn’t be considered bad. I watched it with an open mind and seriously enjoyed it. Especially when it came to the baby saga and shadow dragon saga

I think we can all agree that dragon ball GT actually had villains that actually had purpose and the ideas behind it were amazing (Not talking about Super17) A Villain that actually had a purpose for trying to kill Goku and Vegeta because his race were driven to extinction by the saiyans and is now seeking revenge by using the Saiyan's battle hungry strength against themselves. Then the final arc The Shadow Dragon arc had the perfect way to end the series by ending it the way it all started..... The dragon balls. This idea was actually perfect even though the writers of GT played it terribly, but the last episode was all that anyone could have asked for.

Regarding trunks, I feel if vegeta didn't seemingly stop fighting/or training or whatever trunks would probably be "better" but from the circumstances shown in GT it seemed about right.
My grandfather told me that he saw The Titanic, and that from the beginning he warned all the people that that boat would sink, but they ignored him, however they were warned again in several occassions, until they kicked him out the cinema.
I really don't dislike GT that much. I don't get the extreme hate it receives. As a child I was just glad to have more Dragon Ball, so maybe that was it. SS4 Gogeta though will always be a legend IMO.

I dont understand why there was a decline in the Buu Saga and why some fans don't like the Buu Arc. That makes me very angry as Buu is one of the greatest Villians and Goodie of all time. Buu achieved what most villians could'nt. If it was'nt for Buu there would be No fusions/SS3/Redeeming Hercule/Majin Vegeta etc. so if your one of those fans who loved those aspects well you have the Buu Saga to thank for that. I liked it after they got past the travel episodes. Once they started dealing with Baby and all it got really interesting, but everything before that was just kinda boring. As far as Goku being a kid.....eeeeeeehhhh. It doesn't "ruin it" but it does kinda hinder it a little. Especially when it comes to super saiyan 4's miraculous clothes change with his shirt appearing and disappearing out of nowhere and his pants, boots, and belt just changing color for no reason. All and all though, I kinda did like it.

The only good thing about GT was SSJ4, which was an awesome transformation. But other than that GT sucks. My main problem with GT is the fight scenes, they were extremely boring and lacked action. I think they didn’t have the budget to animate good fight scenes so they tried to hide that by filling the fights with a bunch of talking. Literally a they would spend a majority of a fight scene talking, then they would fight a little bit and then they’d go back to talking. The fights were garbage and most of the dialogue in between the fighting was cringeworthy.

GT definitely was an important part of my childhood but I really don't understand all the people saying its better than super. Other than them rehashing the movies and Ribrianne the Super anime has been amazing. Vegeta finally gets his shine, there are some cool side character moments (Finally), new characters like Beerus and Hit are better than any new characters introduced in GT, Trunks was actually done right in Super unlike GT... I can go on... the only thing I remember liking about GT was the OP and SSJ4.

What about Pan's design in GT by Toriyama?
One of the things I like about GT is that Goku actually finishes his fights (especially when he's in SSJ4 form). None of that "if you apologize, I'll let you leave" nonsense.
