Using skills I learnt in a TAFE course (Technical And Further Education), I built my own forge and started building my T800. The project took approximately 4 years.
There were many hurdles to overcome because I was building a fully articulated life size Terminator T800. Modified from a resin copy, I had to recreate parts that were static so that joint movement was possible.
230 movable joints and pistons. This included spine, hips, shoulders, knees, ankles, toes and fingers etc. There are over 70 videos documenting the build.
He is made from recycled aluminium, weighs more than 130kgs, has over 500 individual pieces, 280+bolts, and 60 hoses and cables.

Jaz Creations Not at all. As a former machinist I was awestruck the entire length of this video. Thank you for 33 minutes of pure how-it's-made entertainment! This is the product of tremendous amounts of dedication, enthusiasm, patience, money, talent, among many other things. The fit and finish of the end product is so stunning, I wouldn't be surprised if you were eventually approached by a production studio to use your endoskeleton in a film. Probably the biggest obstacle in making that happen would be simply making people aware it exists. You might want to consider some kind of insurance for this work of art!
Words can't begin to describe how impressive your finished work is. It could easily launch you into a new profession. Thank you for pursuing this project and turning your vision into a reality! I'm a big fan of the Terminator films, as well... There is no question that this is the ultimate piece of memorabilia that could exist for this entire franchise.

This is legit one of the most incredible videos on UA-cam I've ever watched. Its not because of the subject content itself (although I've been a huge Terminator fan myself more or less my whole life), but because the dedication you showed, the respect to the source material, and the insane length of labor this ended up being. Props.

This is absolutely amazing. I almost want it taken down so that skynet doesn't get any ideas. Huge props to you for sticking through it and getting it done.

Deep respect for this extreme Project. I build an Endo Arm myself from Wood and Cardboard only from Pictures of the Resin Version. This took some months, but 4 years is a hell of a Job. Stay creative to bring fiction to Reality😉

This is probably the greatest engineering project I've ever seen. It even moves like the stop-motion model in the movies. Great job. Would like to see that thing AI controlled.

Absolutely amazing! The term Mechanical engineer and Industrial fabricator doesn't even seem to come close to what a stunning T800 replica you've created. It looks as though it came right off the Cyberdyne assembly line. Simply Amazing work! Well Done!

now that is impressive. Also, great to hear the actual weight of the entire figure. 135 Kgs is not THAT heavy really, aluminum sure makes a world of difference vs steel.
Well done, the build and presentation are spot on.

Arnold was around 107 kg when the first film was done, so allowing from him having a metal skeleton it's pretty close to cannon.
