Exactly. So we could say that Skynet was the raplicated mind of a T-800 Terminator and not on read only so able to learn. Hince its tendency to "terminate" all humans which not only it disregards but considers them threatening. From this the logic of the T2 movie. @@AlexandruBurda Well, there was cut content of them turning off "read-only" mode when they were at that garage with Sarah. The terminator when it came back online noticed it took a while for it to come back online. That was because John had to stop his mother from smashing the processor when they had the terminator turned off to turn off "read-only" mode and had the processor removed.
The sniffer dogs don't have to be trained. Any dog would be able to automatically spot a Terminator. Their hearing is so much better than a person's, that they would hear the electronic whirring & servo straining noises coming from one.
as silly as it sounds, but realistically some if not most of us would be able to identify one. just through dialog or behavioral habbits. well some of the lower models any way
Plus synthetic tissue wouldn't be the same as real human tissue. There wouldn't be a nervous system, no blood flow, so a dog would be able to make the distinction
i love the terminator universe, the only thing i found out of place is the T-800 bulkiness , how a infiltration unit can infiltrate and blend in a starving post apocalyptic world when all this units are huge muscular well feed looking infiltrators, that doesn't add up...is not like there´s plenty food, protein shakes and gym in the apocalypse...if anything it makes them more easy to spot "look that buff guy there...he gotta be a T-800" , just saying.
manystar - Cameron’s first casting of the T-800 in The Terminator took this into account - Lance Henriksen was his first choice. He eventually cast Michael Biehn as the T-800 when there was some sort of conflict. Arnold Schwarzenegger was cast as Kyle Reese. After some consideration, Cameron realized casting Schwarzenegger was a mistake since any one playing a Terminator would not look like a credible threat next to him and that there would be little to explain how a starving, nearly extinct human population could produce such a big, fit soldier. He planned to anger Schwarzenegger so he would quit, but upon meeting him personally, Arnold’s enthusiasm and excitement about the film won him over. Arnold and Cameron discussed the film and its “universe” at length. It was then he realized Arnold was perfect for the role, despite the obvious “in universe” flaw of the Terminator sticking out like a sore thumb.
manystar the idea is that the t-800 still has a large frame, but the design has been shrunken down enough from the earlier models that it can now fit inside flesh. So as a result it has to be inside a flesh covering that can hide its bulky ness, so it has to have a body builder body as a result.
Even then it would make the most sense to give the highest quality and largest quantity of food to the best soldiers. This means even starving some of the sick and severely wounded to make sure that the best fighters keep the rest alive. People are kept in shape by the constant fighting in the future.
I really don't know if I like the 800 or the 600 series more. The T-800 is pretty much the perfect model, but T-600 looks and has stats that are a lot more realistic considering the tech that we have today. Also, I really like those big, rusty "old" sci-fi machines. T-600, the ABC Warrior from Judge Dredd come to mind.
A dog can't understand why something that looks like a human, moves like a human, but doesn't smell like one. The contradiction is what sets them to barking.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyberdyne_Inc. - which eerily enough is a REAL corporation. And yes, they are in robotics... And I shit you not, their product is called HAL 5.
I would like to address an advantage of the T-800 over the T-1000. The former has a wider operating temperature range and is not substantially affected by extremes of heat or cold. The T-1000 cannot operate in a hot environment or in a cold room. This is due to the lability of the alloy of which the T-1000 is composed. It is reported that a modified T800 fought and managed to kill a T-1000 inside a steel mill after the T-1000 was subjected to a rapid temperature change. The T-1000 is known to have not only morphological defects, but also operating under those abnormal environmental conditions. This even explains why a T-1000 secondary target (a woman about 30 years old) came out alive after a physical contact. It is unlikely that the T-1000 voluntarily left the woman alive. Theories point out that the maximum processing of the T-1000 requires the alloy to stabilize for at least 40 minutes after a transformation or regeneration. The fact is that although older, the T-800 is like a tractor, sturdy and less prone to problems.
WoW I never thought of that 😧 For me my all time favorite Terminator will always be the T-800 it has the coolest design it’s a metal endoskeleton it looks tariffing I just overall love the T-800 it’s wicked.
The 1000 got shot in the face and the head split in half, I believe that if you shot it from the head to the crotch area with an assault rifle it would split I half, pretty bad disadvantage, maybe after if you act you can box half it up
If Skynet based it's infiltration models after pictures and scans of military personnel in its database you could make the connection that Dutch from the first Predator movie was one of these guys in the database so Skynet used his likeness for the T-800 models.
After Skynet finally wins the war and kills all humans it quickly realises it's next threat.. Predators! Imagen that for a movie. Skynet heads off into space to hunt them down. The hunter becomes the hunted.
What was Skynets end game? Besides just surviving what would it do after humanity was dead? I have wondered if the terminator series was the prequel to the Matrix. That would have been interesting if they had not come out with the Anamatrix.
I'm not sure Skynet was thinking that far ahead. It simply decided humanity was a threat to IT. Thus IT must eliminate humanity. I would suppose it would build enough industry to maintain itself in perpetuity. That's probably its whole end game, just continue existing.
I always assumed that after the humans were wiped out, Skynet would then start exploring space and killing any other species it finds. As they will be the next threat after humans.
Wasteland Seven No not a threat to IT. It decided humanity was a threat to humanity. I imagine they after winning the war would devise something along the lines of The Matrix to protect mankind and aid their survival
I always thought the T-888 from the Sarah Connor Chronicles were a noteworthy upgrade of the 800. They have tamper-proof CPUs, better armored at the back, have remote control of their CPU or head, can repair severe skin damage and are generally smarter.
@@LUCKO2022 actually that show was more canon worthy than anything that came after it, go look up the "goingfaster term2029" lore faq. They map out the only plausible timeline based on known specs and extrapolations based on it. The only plausible path to victory against skynet would be that the t1000's built in haste slipped skynets control and became sentient, and turned on their master, which is heavily hinted at in the show. This was all ditched in the recent movies where skynet is "dumb" for the sake of the plot, leaving factories practically unguarded, when frankly any skynet facility could be made safe simply through the liberal use of toxic waste, never mind biological agents and gases, with no concern for life, the idea you could walk even near any place skynet didn't want you to go is laughable. So I'm going to have to say anything after that show is simply non canon bullshit, its the only right thing to do.
"The 600 series had rubber skin. We spotted them easy, but these are new. They look human - sweat, bad breath, everything. Very hard to spot. I had to wait till he moved on you before I could zero him." - *Kyle Reese*
One thing that I never understood about the terminators was the HUD. I mean when you really think about it they wouldn't actually need it as all that information would be internally processed and would be in a sense "intuitive" for a machine as advanced as a terminator. It seems to me that the HUD is simply there for the audience watching for the cool factor but wouldn't be a thing something like a terminator woul have if they actually existed.
Well hell! It was for us the audience to be able to see what the Terminators processing was like. So imagine watching software going through hard ware. The HUD is not what the Terminator sees, it's his computer processing so we can see how they process things. We are basically in his brain lol
Your narration of these videos combined with the creepy background music always makes it seem like the information you present is real life shit! Like there are actually aliens, predators and terminators out there! Cheers!
I can definitely see how we could get to this point with the advent of batteries, thanks to Tesla, and the advent of A.I. or Artificial Intelligence! We are not far from making this kind of machine a reality! Now time travel? If anyone is able to time travel, it would be God! And if God can't time travel, then no one can!
One eye looking at you while the other is tracing your buddy and it just looks like while it’s trying to kill you XD PFFFFF That image will never leave my head thank you XD
so, would you say that Terminators have that "NEW CAR SMELL" as opposed to humans who have lived in Squalor? Is that the reason why Dogs can sniff them out?
Dade Lee Murphy I think dogs can sniff them out because they probably just don’t smell natural. Like, imagine you had a sense of smell so good you could tell what people usually smell like. Then along comes someone whose smell is just... wrong.
If the T-800 had succeeded in killing Sarah Connor in the nightclub in the first movie, what would it have done then? Just switch itself off, or maybe destroy itself (mission accomplished)? Go after secondary targets? Go hide somewhere & wait for Judgement Day? I've always wondered...
My theory is that skynet simply found the Los Angeles Sarah Connors to be the most likely proginators of John Connor, and that if the terminator had succeeded in killing All three in Los Angeles it would have worked outwards and killed all of the Sarah Connors in the USA if possible. Since the records were destroyed by the war, skynet probably did not actually know if the Los Angeles Sarah Connors were the right ones, it probably just found them to be the most likely ones.
If I were to make a professional opinion.... I'd say that after successful termination of Sarah connor therefore eliminating John Connor. It would then search its secondary targets that would still impact skynet in the future.
My favorite line of Terminator 1 is when the T-800 scans for a response and says “Fuck you asshole” and in Terminator 2 when John Connor says “You just can’t go around killing people.”
Mr H will you be doing the T1000 next? I'd love to know how it supposedly worked, Fluid batteries, fluid computer internals or is every molecule of the liquid metal also a nano computer and battery. Could two t1000's merge?
David Moore T1000 was powered by mini batteries in each piece of its nanoscale bots that help it form shapes and objects. That was the explanation I found on a scientific channel one night on UA-cam. They have a primitive version of liquid metal that takes shape developing in Sydney Australia at a university. They can program it with electrical currents to take shapes and form solid objects. Was cool and also freaky to see it working
Hearing aid batteries use a nickel air reaction? Then again if the machine just kept a part of its self moving (liquid) and generated its own power, would that be possiblr, you think?
Well done sir!! I was astonished that someone knew about the Rouge & Hive modes. (Although I thought it was called Drone and Hive, but it was like Ten years ago that I had researched that particular ComicBook.) Quite accurate and informative. I wish Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines had used you as a consultant. So many unused ideas, to think we almost had an O.J. Simpson T-800 and Billy Idol T-1000.
The dogs weren't trained to Sniff out Terminator, they are literally naturally known to know what is good and what is bad. In the first movie when T-800 went after the first Sarah Connor, her dog. A little poodle, was reacting the same way Tech-Com's German Sheppards reacted to the intruder. I initially thought that it was because they knew the thing that was going in wasn't human, but Enrique's dogs in T2 didn't react to "Uncle Bob." This leads me to conclude that it's a threat sensor mostly.
StrikeTeam7 but that mix at the end of genisys is pretty weird as the liquid metal isnt programmed yet(every part of T1000 is it brain less liquid less intelligent)so how the liquid at the factory can do it
StrikeTeam7 probably,it is basicly TX without the weaponry maybe the explanation for it is the 800 is head at the end lost its skin so it is open.Maybe you are right
yup not that is matters because of another time travel incursion it never happened lol, then again that will be a problem with a reality with a non stop time travel war
I swear you read my mind. I was going through rewatching your Alien and Predator videos the other day and thought it would be nice to see some Terminator stuff. Keep up the great work!
Fans of terminator series must understand if you are talking about 1shot-kill capability, then yes 50cal is your choice but even a 9mm pistol caliber cullet will penetrate that armor if you shoot it multiple times at the same spot. Metal is not some magic thing that will resist or not resist, mechanical deformation seems to be overlooked.
I am a very harsh critic when it comes to terminator as terminator 2:JD was the first real sifi movie i ever saw in theaters back in 1992 (at age 5). You id a great job explaining teh T-800 series infiltration model and only missed the small detail that there are smaller series 8xx endoskeletons for smaller skin configuration types. Keep up the good work.
Great video. Just wanted to add that dogs are not trained to recognize infiltration units. In the first movie the dog clearly starts going bat shit crazy when the T-800 went to the first Sarah Conner's house.
If you think about it, that first T-800 shoulder roll joint wont move, the actuators seemingly only serve to put stress on the shoulder without actually moving it while the roll axis is unpowered.
That was a great game! Had it on Sega... But i gotta say aside from consoles, my favorite terminator game was T2 the arcade game, with the light guns. So much fun. I wish i could find out if they have any of those around functioning in the world still. Would be neat to walk down the street somewhere and walk past a new arcade and just see the old arcade cabinet sitting in the corner or something hah.
Great video Mr H. Big fan of the terminator series. Given the new predator film coming this year and a new terminator next year...I really want a predator vs terminator movie. You could set in during the war with the terminators and have a reprogrammed t-800 witha group of resistance fighters that are running away from skynet’s army. The predator shows up and hunts both the resistance fighters and the terminators. Set it in a remote place eg a desert like place with lots of mountains and I think it would work really well.
Interesting plot line. Another location is in a bombed urban area. That would be similar to the jungle terrain in the first movie. Plus the Predator would have to be avoiding HKs.
JJ Abrams believes that the Predator should now be purple, and its blood should be orange. This "new predator" tested very well with tight-knit focus groups. There will be a series of in-gags and running jokes, such as when one of the new cast (an all-female group) tells a poster of Dutch Shaeffer that he is "one ugly motherfucker". There is no context, no build up. This scene comes at us full force, and goes against everything the movie had taught us so far. Then, just before film release, the development team decides that something is missing. All hope is lost for this otherwise perfect gem of a movie. Ryan Johnson is called in for support. In a brilliant strategic move, Ryan points out that the film is missing something that people can love or hate equally... a pansexual Xenomorph that is different from all the rest. Even though the entire movie has pretty much been shot, new scenes are written in to include this new decision. Its chest is transparent with unneccesary focus on the Xenomorph's heart through the film. It pulses and jiggles, and we are treated to its rhythmic "THWUMP THWUMP" whenever it is on screen. Instead of attacking, it screeches, and makes gestures of sprinkling love from its heart on the lucky ladies. All it wants is to love, and be loved back, proving that even though you're LBGTQNXTYZ, you can be loved... too. It's a powerful message that is torn to shreds when the purple predator blasts the xenomorph into pieces. Its blood splashes some of the nearby women. They cringe, ready to experience searing pain as their nerves melt away... but we're treated to one final surprise... its blood is only lime serbet. The girls are merely sticky and sad that their friend was murdered in cold blood. In a final act of rage, the women ambush the Yautja, wounding it critically. Its ego shattered by being taken down by a gaggle of women, it activates its wrist gauntlet. We watch as the Predator laughs, the camera alternating between zooming in on the wounded warrior, and following the women as they run away. The countdown reaches zero, and the Predator explodes... but we don't get the epic nuke we're used to. We get a series of timed explosions from outside of the building, the women magically whisked away entirely out of the shot, and perhaps a bit of confetti. It's here, after ALL of this, that one of the women inexplicably cut off the tissue from their arm, revealing a VERY CGI metal hand... here, she speaks in hushed tones about how none of us know what our future holds... and how now... she will be ready... for Judgement Day. There is no buildup to this. No indication anywhere else in the film. They just clearly wanted a cool scene and had 50$ left in the CGI budget. Close to credits, play Terminator Theme despite this actually being AvP 3. Post credits scene involves random scientists and a decorated military man speaking nonsense to one another as they walk through a series of hallways. The scientist is excited about something. The brass simply asks "when will he be ready?". Scientist answers "soon" as the camera pans down to reveal Robocop's helmet. Prior to release, all involved go on and on about how excited they are for their roles in the film, and how there is going to be SO. MUCH. STUFF. That the fans aren't going to expect. Everyone is patting themselves on the back. Day of release, fan base is pissed. Fan base is immediately called homophobic. Movie directors and crew raise their LBGT shields and begin bashing the fans, calling them "Pre-daters" (They're too old to understand the "now"), "Base-huggers" (Those that cling too tightly to the style and formula of the movies they know and grew up with), and simply "Terminators" (those who are simply trying to kill their mega awesome and VERY progressive movie). Internet then blows up with "theories" as to why "Predator vs Terminator: The Heroic and Inspired Story of Some Unknown Chicks Kinda Survive (Or "Predator vs Terminator: THISSUCKS") somehow killed the franchise. Oh, and how we will never get the sequel due to how unexpectedly low it did in the box office... immediately comparing it to the likes of Green Lantern or Golden Compass.
We know from Terminator Salvation that the T-800 (appearance of Arnold Swarzenegger at movies end) was Skynet's newest, latest model replacing the T-1s (Terminator to Terminator 3), T-600s (machine gunner guard), T-700s before the T.R.I.P.s (resistance infiltrators)! To combat Skynet's best upgrading models Marcus was designed to be the eventual design for John Conners (to save his brother Kyle Reese)! This I thought is not Cameron's reboot! As far as we know (flashback of Kyle Reese) the T-1, T-800 and T1000 are the only Terminator models we reboot to! 🤔 ?
Mr H Reviews ... I know Cameron is keeping T-1, T800 and T1000 Terminator models. We know he will not honor T850 (Arnold Swarzenegger from T3: Rise of Machines) and T-X (dominatrix of T3) replacing T1000 (T2)! Even more, including T900 from TV show of FOX! T600 is a Terminator 4 (Salvation) as the T700 and T.R.I.P. and P5 (Marcus) ideas that Cameron may not honor in his post-T2 reboot!
Would you mind reading or doing an audiobook recording yourself reading "Robocop vs. Terminator" written by Frank Miller. I think your voice and the subject matter would be appropriate.
Mr. H this has got to be the most complete and put together explanation of the T800, or anything to do with the Terminator franchise for that matter lol
Jeff PHILLIPS Well, since the models refer to the flesh type of the unit, the 101 models all look like Arnold. The other models, on the other hand, look like different people. As for the metal detector idea, we’ve gotta remember, for the resistance, they barely had any forms of electricity available, hence why we see some people using a fire in an older model TV to stay warm in Kyle’s nightmare that took place in a resistance base.
Not to mention the size of it. During that time food was scarce so men would not be very big. So if you see a huge fuckin guy.... Shoot!. Shoot to kill!
Some metal doesn’t show up on metal detectors like aluminium for example I think their made from coltan I don’t think this exerts a magnetic field thus isn’t detectable
Even then, I still think it will be canon. Cameron could make a movie along the original timeline (T1 and T2) There are I think 3 timelines at present, with T2 actually creating one by destroying Dyson's work, so T3 and Salvation are in that timeline and Genysis is in it's own. But who knows if Cameron will think like this? Literally anything could be done if you do multiple timelines.
This is very interesting...especially hearing about what types of resistance it has towards small arms. So...it can handle a 5.56x45 NATO round but what about a 7.62x39 or 7.62x51? If I were to say dump a 20 round mag from my Armalite AR-10 would it walk away? I'm thinking maybe at a decent range while concealed one might be able to at least put up a fight against one.
Perhaps Skynet’s end game was/is, post-mordem our Homo sapiens’ utter decimation to SELF-REPLICATE both utilizing nano-machines as well as preexisting technologies, in eventuality conquering not only our solar system albeit too, our Galaxy in theory.
how can the sniff-dogs detect the terminator? well because the terminators have no biological brain! when humans have emotions, there are chemical reactions within their body and brain and dogs can smell that. some dog can even smell, if a human is inflicted with a virus (if properly trained), so they can smell if someone is sick! and all this things are not counting for terminators. there are no chemical reactions within their bodys, so the dogs realise that they are different! another occasion where dogs save the humans, so be nice to your pets and listen to them if they make noises! they may save your live one day by doing it. i think the t800 are very interesting. because they are so close to humans, at least the infiltrators. and i don't mean their appereance! they feel pain (sensing damage inflicted on their body is the same when another creature would feel pain), they can feel fear (sensing possible threads is the same as fear! if you are afraid of something, your brain trys to warn you from a possible danger) and they can learn! they can evolve and change. and thats probably a reason why skynet has not given this ability to other "more advanced" Terminators. just imagine a terminator with nanotech, that can feel, think and change like a human. skynet would not be able to control it! i could even imagine a terminator movie, focused on that theme: a t800 model, sent out on a assasination mission. because its in rouge mode, it starts to learn to imitate humans in order to get closer to the target. but by imitating humans, the machine start becoming a human and gets into conflict with skynet and its own programming.
Nice you used videos this time😃😃😃😎😎!!! And what i’m really interested in is where’s the T-700 in the franchise we haven’t even seen it yet is it just a T-800 made of a weaker alloy ? And at least the rouge T-800’s like Arnold are free of skynet’s control
A standard 50 cal won't do crap to the chassis. In Sarah Connor Chronicles it took John's uncle multiple shots in it's left eye. 😂 Need specialize rounds with something like a tungsten tip to piece them in the right spot like in Genesys.
You know, you could argue that Terminator 3, 4 and 5 aren't canon either. But the truth is, the Terminator TV-show like any Terminator-movie is canon. It's just that the show like some of the movies are in other branching timelines. The Terminator-franchise is about time-travel after all. Beside of that, The Sarah Connor Chronicles are much more in line with Terminator 1&2 than any of the other movies.
When you gonna do more Clive Barker's nightbreed the porcupine lady, the lady that took care of the child ,the child the black creature his freind the hunter too Manny to keep naming I'd love for you to cover them all that movie is sutch a cult classic.
I got to ask why not use an EMP the blast wont affect organic life only the electronics of the terminators and possible skynets main warehouse/factory. I never understood why that wouldent be used by the resistance
I always assumed it was some impossible future-tech that could take even something as small as 40 watts and convert/upcharge it into something far more effectively powerful, like an impossibly efficient machine. In real life even 40 kilowatts would probably still be nowhere near enough, lol.
If a predator were fooled by the exterior, it might come in close for a kill; it would be surprised and probably have its legs pulled out of its ass. However, that shoulder-mounted energy weapon might easily disable a terminator.
Its very easy to identify T-800s.

I love the whole Paradox in the Terminator story. The Chip in the head of a T-800 is the same chip that sparked the creation of Skynet itself.

Yes, but set to "read-only". So they can not become fully self-aware and self-determining. Otherwise, they may had turned on Skynet.
Brianna 187 and (as mentioned in the first film) dogs can smell the chemicals in a Terminator’s skin.
I think dogs would clue in on the fact it does not smell, or move like a human, as well as hear high frequency whirring sounds inaudible to humans.
as silly as it sounds, but realistically some if not most of us would be able to identify one. just through dialog or behavioral habbits. well some of the lower models any way
I think my labradoodle would be more confused then hostile.
Plus synthetic tissue wouldn't be the same as real human tissue. There wouldn't be a nervous system, no blood flow, so a dog would be able to make the distinction

T1 the close up of T-800 repairing itself is creepy.
i love the terminator universe, the only thing i found out of place is the T-800 bulkiness , how a infiltration unit can infiltrate and blend in a starving post apocalyptic world when all this units are huge muscular well feed looking infiltrators, that doesn't add up...is not like there´s plenty food, protein shakes and gym in the apocalypse...if anything it makes them more easy to spot "look that buff guy there...he gotta be a T-800" , just saying.
manystar Very True
manystar - Cameron’s first casting of the T-800 in The Terminator took this into account - Lance Henriksen was his first choice.
People are kept in shape by the constant fighting in the future.
manystar if I was a starving survivor of the apocalypse the last thing I'd do is question a super ripped dude.
I feel so weird watching this but thank you.
T -800 getting kinda meta huh?
What about watching yourself ?

I really don't know if I like the 800 or the 600 series more. The T-800 is pretty much the perfect model, but T-600 looks and has stats that are a lot more realistic considering the tech that we have today. Also, I really like those big, rusty "old" sci-fi machines. T-600, the ABC Warrior from Judge Dredd come to mind.
Oh yeah, the T-600 is awesome.... at throwing people **FACEPALM**
The T-600 also has rubber skin so you can see them a mile away.
@@CamaroAmx not really since you wouldn't be able to tell if it's a human or robot a mile away

This takes place in a different universe.. so who's to say that they weren't 50-100 years ahead of us in terms of tech.
Dogs didn't need to be trained to sniff out Terminators. We saw multiple times where regular dogs showed that they just didn't like machines.
Future, specific with regards to the resistance
Oh, okay. I guess that could be accurate then.
Yeah not to mentioned they like to grab them as chew toy...
A dog can't understand why something that looks like a human, moves like a human, but doesn't smell like one. The contradiction is what sets them to barking.
Just goes to show that dogs are the smarter species LOL

Excellent analysis
The 1000 got shot in the face and the head split in half, I believe that if you shot it from the head to the crotch area with an assault rifle it would split I half, pretty bad disadvantage, maybe after if you act you can box half it up

Crazy to think that Skynet went from the T-600 which had rubber latex skin to the T-800 with real skin in a matter of months. If not, a few years.
Geometric learning a.i. it is wild
I know they had the T-1000 but surprised the t-800 wasn't improved further
If Skynet based it's infiltration models after pictures and scans of military personnel in its database you could make the connection that Dutch from the first Predator movie was one of these guys in the database so Skynet used his likeness for the T-800 models.
That would be a nice crossover gimmick
I consider the AvP games and literature to be canon, so this theory isn't too crazy.
That would put the Predator and Alien in the timeline(s) 👍
'Ripley you have been targeted for termination.'
After Skynet finally wins the war and kills all humans it quickly realises it's next threat.. Predators!
Imagen that for a movie. Skynet heads off into space to hunt them down. The hunter becomes the hunted.
@@T-800.. great idea.
As they will be the next threat after humans.
landfair123 go to war with itself
Skynet would machine-evolve into Autobots & Decepticons...
Wasteland Seven No not a threat to IT. It decided humanity was a threat to humanity. I imagine they after winning the war would devise something along the lines of The Matrix to protect mankind and aid their survival

Non canon bullshit.
Darth Grumpy I would say you look grumpy, but your name spoils it for me, non canon is canon in it's own.
T-850 are better
T-888s are basically the shows version of the T-850s they basically sound identical.

That’s why you never see from the t-1000 hud

Dade Lee Murphy The dogs are trained to smell the chemicals in the skins of Terminators covered with living tissue.
Most likely give itself up to Cyberdyne Indsutries to further adavnce Skynet itself.
Secondary targets for sure, if not it would start pre positioning things for skynet
In Terminator 3, the T-X has several secondary targets (future lieutenants of John Connor).
It's mostly weird how does it see?? Are those real copies of eyes or does it not need eyes,, either way h ow does it see is all I wonder
20 t1k mega zord
is it hot or cold and how was it sent through time if only living tissue could pass through?
I initially thought that it was because they knew the thing that was going in wasn't human, but Enrique's dogs in T2 didn't react to "Uncle Bob." This leads me to conclude that it's a threat sensor mostly.
genesis dogs don't react to Carl
Brilliant, eerie depiction. Sir, I must say you’re effectively ENSURING the advent of these machines in actuality. x”D
I still like the T800/1000 hybrid that arnold became in gynisis
StrikeTeam7 i call him T-1800
StrikeTeam7 but that mix at the end of genisys is pretty weird as the liquid metal isnt programmed yet(every part of T1000 is it brain less liquid less intelligent)so how the liquid at the factory can do it
liquid maybe touched his cpu and was programmed by it.
Fans of terminator series must understand
if you are talking about 1shot-kill capability, then yes 50cal is your choice but even a 9mm pistol caliber cullet will penetrate that armor if you shoot it multiple times at the same spot.
Metal is not some magic thing that will resist or not resist, mechanical deformation seems to be overlooked.
You have a point. just don't miss . Because he won't. Lol

I am a very harsh critic when it comes to terminator as terminator 2:JD was the first real sifi movie i ever saw in theaters back in 1992 (at age 5). Keep up the good work.

Great video. Just wanted to add that dogs are not trained to recognize infiltration units. In the first movie the dog clearly starts going bat shit crazy when the T-800 went to the first Sarah Conner's house.
it would have been freaky seeing Arnie's eyes tracking two targets individually.
If you think about it, that first T-800 shoulder roll joint wont move, the actuators seemingly only serve to put stress on the shoulder without actually moving it while the roll axis is unpowered.
RoboCop vs. Terminator was a fun game.
Will you be doing any RoboCop vids in the future?
That was a great game! Had it on Sega... But i gotta say aside from consoles, my favorite terminator game was T2 the arcade game, with the light guns. So much fun. I wish i could find out if they have any of those around functioning in the world still.
Robocop vs Terminator. See Frank Miller's graphic novel...
I learned some new things about the Terminator robots. Great video. Two thumbs up.

T-800 model 101... the Arnold model.
Cameron is rebooting it all again, the new terminator continues from judgement day
Mr H Reviews ...
10:42 to 10:45 i heard your terminator come out xD "Cause of its ability to LEARN" sounded like Arnold himself to me lmao

Just a thought, but wouldn't a scale or metal detector identify a T-800. Not to mention they all look like Arnie.

Perhaps Jeff should start by watching the first film.... **FACEPALM**
Bravo Mr H this is simply the best terminator explained video on youtube, well done!!! 👍
You're using Genysis as canon? Gads...
It is until Cameron's movie wipes everything after judgement day awaym
Mr H Reviews let’s hope so.
I believe all of it was to become canon, just alternate timelines, as Kyle has to go back to bang Sarah.
Genisux is canon as much as any 3 year old's drawings are....
T-800's were always the best! They kept smacking down all the more advanced models that came after.
I’d say it depends where ya shoot it mainly in joints and optics
You are the best narrator for schematic information on any subject.

Can you please do a video on the TX unit from the 3rd movie
Nice you used videos this time😃😃😃😎😎!!! And what i’m really interested in is where’s the T-700 in the franchise we haven’t even seen it yet is it just a T-800 made of a weaker alloy ? And at least the rouge T-800’s like Arnold are free of skynet’s control
This video is so full of details, its amazing
A standard 50 cal won't do crap to the chassis. In Sarah Connor Chronicles it took John's uncle multiple shots in it's left eye. 😂 Need specialize rounds with something like a tungsten tip to piece them in the right spot like in Genesys.
Tristan Backup .
Sarah Conner Chronicles isn't cannon with the movies.
.50 Raufoss .50 AP or .50 SLAP
You know, you could argue that Terminator 3, 4 and 5 aren't canon either.
But the truth is, the Terminator TV-show like any Terminator-movie is canon. It's just that the show like some of the movies are in other branching timelines. The Terminator-franchise is about time-travel after all.
Beside of that, The Sarah Connor Chronicles are much more in line with Terminator 1&2 than any of the other movies.
Tristan Backup not so sure about that
.50 SLAP your momma!
According to the Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles tv series, the chassis of the T800 is made from the metal coltan
The t-800 in terminator salvation in 2018 was stronger than the T-800 in terminator 1 from 2029
It was also written by fucking idiots.....
**The Terminator*
In regards to the sniffer dogs, there is no training. As shown several times through the franchise, dogs naturally react to a Terminator aggressively.
Definitely covered alot on there
The dogs always made me laugh. Like sure, but you don't have to feed a metal-detecting wand.
When you gonna do more Clive Barker's nightbreed the porcupine lady, the lady that took care of the child ,the child the black creature his freind the hunter too Manny to keep naming I'd love for you to cover them all that movie is sutch a cult classic.
Soon
I got to ask why not use an EMP the blast wont affect organic life only the electronics of the terminators and possible skynets main warehouse/factory. I never understood why that wouldent be used by the resistance
Pretty sure 40 watt plasma would barely tickle.
I always assumed it was some impossible future-tech that could take even something as small as 40 watts and convert/upcharge it into something far more effectively powerful, like an impossibly efficient machine. In real life even 40 kilowatts would probably still be nowhere near enough, lol.
This is an amazing detailed explanation of the T-800
Wasn't skynets first cyborg the T-H?
strange but a great video, with wicked subject matter. would of loved some actual clips not always stills, but you have done a great job on this.
Yeah I'd like to use more but unfortunately comes under copyright sometimes
Who wins a T-800 or Predator
Shit . . . that's a good one.
keggerous yeah that's what I was gonna say.
“If it bleeds, we can kill it” - Dutch.
If a predator were fooled by the exterior, it might come in close for a kill; it would be surprised and probably have its legs pulled out of its ass. However, that shoulder-mounted energy weapon might easily disable a terminator.
Narmer Man Coltan chassis T8xx series are plasma 'resistant' so a T-850 can hold it's own against a Yautja for a amount of time.
Mr H Revi , can you explain to me why skynet choose San Francisco for there Terminator's home Base
The best question Sarah Connor could have asked the T800 in T2 is in what methods can you be destroyed?
She already learned how in the first movie
you sound like the narrator from the opening of the first judge dredd and i love it
MYLES BENNET DYSON!
now listen to me very carefully
I don't know.... how much longer, I can hold this!
hey whats up with Wolfie?
Your foster parents are dead. XD
*Miles
You are brilliant at this videos. Keep up the good vids !
It's a damn impressive model considering one has gone up far more advanced models and held its own.
