I thought that cutter did really well. One can always cut the hole a touch smaller, and freshen up the hole with a drill bit, or move the hole, like you said, with a die grinder. Well done with that new machine. Most interesting.
I think we are related.. my purchase power is on a very limited budget too so sometimes you have to go with equipment that works but not professional grade... thanks for the demo

Would have been easier to move the torch around if you cleaned the steel first.

Are you connected to 240 or 120 for those cuts ?
I see the 5000D is dual voltage

Might have been easier to use a mag drill to drill the holes and plasma to cut it off
