      Hi എനിക്ക് pcod and തൈറോയ്ഡ് ഉണ്ട്. Prds ഇറെഗുലർ ആയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ മൂന്നു മാസം ആയിട്ടു റെഗുലർ ആയി prds ആകുന്നുണ്ട്. Bt over bleeding. ഇതൊക്കെ ചെയ്താൽ റിസൾട്ട്‌ ഉറപ്പാണോ.

    Hai Sangeetha. I have tried several times to reduce my weight. But after few days I quit and gain a lot of weight. Now I am 82 kg. I m 32yrs old. My husband is a foodie so I have to cook delicious food for him and I too have it. I don't know how will I loose weight, please find me a solution.
