Make this a series. Well done and informative. Sometimes seeing what is wrong is more helpful than seeing what is correct. Side by side = best of both.
Very nice videos. I pitch while thinking “how would I build a machine to pitch bags. All unnecessary movement is eliminated. Ryan Windsor is a great example of conservation of energy. So simple and so easy to recreate adds to his consistency. The 50/50 pinch and finger snap is the best in the game. Less movement needed compared to the butterfly throw. When you incorporate the finger snap into your throw you gain so much more control with less effort.
Anthony are you still doing this kind of videos. I'm having troubles, I thought I had it figured out and was doing good getting my ppr up to a 9. Then all of a sudden I just kinda fell off and I can't get higher than a 7 ppr.. idk what's going on but I need some help 😩
Just found this video and very helpful to me. as I have been playing for a few months now and I almost have the same mechanics that need to be corrected. Hard trying to make adjustments but glad found it early. I keep looking at this video
As women, our shoulders are narrower and our hips are wider, so there is a need to bend the knee to make room for the toss. Also, we don’t have the same upper body strength that men have, so that little extra calf raise helps provide the distance we need. I wish I could find instructional videos specifically for women instead of comparing us to men.
I see where your logic is going but it’s actually not what happens at the elite pro level. The comparison used would be identical when using an elite man or woman. Elite women have no issues with the distance to the hole and do not require knee bending or calf raising. In fact elite women make it look just as effortless as elite men. To take that a step further we see juniors at the age of 12 years old achieving the needed distance to the hole just is effortlessly.
Do you give lessons? I can't seem to do the butterfly without my bag facing downward. No matter how I practice I cant seem to get it right. Would love to send a video in and get this last part down pat! Great videos.
Hi Juston.. I’d love to get back to lessons and pitch breakdown some day. Right now I’m buried with my new role with the ACL. Derek King does lessons. He’s a solid resource check him out on Facebook
Anthony’s videos provide the how and why. In a little over 8 months, I’ve gone from novice to great (even beaten two pros locally). I’m not at the elite level yet, but I will be soon. My advice. Watch one of his videos and put in at least an hour of practice each day on your specific issue. Results will be amazing.
I would love a video on consistency. How to be more consistent and how best to practice to improve it. I might throw two 4 baggers in a row, hit pushes and air mails, then turn around and throw a five. Very inconsistent at times, even though I do not feel like anything went wrong with my throws, so I’m not sure where I went wrong. Then I overthink it and obsess over my throw mechanics and lose focus on the hole so the bad shots continue ... help! 😁
Great video. You pointed out some great things that I need to work on and all of them seem like minor changes. I hope you'll do more videos like this in the future. Do you think there's any advantage to the butterfly grip?
I can't figure out how to back load my bag ... I end up just throwing it on a full backspin tilt...I can't get it back loaded like alotnof these guys throwing roll bags ... I've watched your other video but I'm struggling
Hi Anthony, I'm new to the sport of Cornhole and want you to know that your YT channel is informative and visually helpful for me. Thank you
That’s awesome.. thanks for the feedback
amazing video thank you so much, within the first few minutes i instantly knew i was throwing a bag wrong, great demonstration
Excellent! Glad it helped
Fantastic video! Would love to see more of these types of videos. Thanks!

Who would give this a thumbs down? We should know how blessed we are to have CS doing what he does.
The stupid black lives matter mask. That's why
LOVED this! The side by side is SO helpful. I love your channel so much. Please keep them coming. :)
Great addition to your instructional videos. Love the idea of comparing good baggers and elite baggers techniques. Well done!
Thank you!
excellent video for a newbie like me, thanks, can't wait to see some of your other videos
You gotta rotate that PINKLE!!!

Just recently found your channel and it’s awesome! Thanks for all the great in depth cornhole content, keep it coming!

Hello.. thanks for watching. I actually no longer breakdown pitch analysis in depth like this.
@anthonyayon9412 dang. Bummer but it is good tho. Thank you

Glad you found it helpful
I have this same problem with releasing the bag. I’m gonna practice to get a flatter bag thanks for the info.
Love the video! Do you have a video on rotation speed? My rotation is natural, but I've always questioned if I should try to rotate the bag faster.
Love these. Gotta work on my release. I’m definitely not flat palm to the sky either. Thanks

Awesome! Thank you very much for the detail! I’m pretty good but things like this (heel to toe, fist to flat release, finger blast) will help a lot!

Finger blasting is key!
Wow 👏👏👏

good feedback.. something to think about

Hi Eugene. The butterfly grip provides the ability to change bag tilts and bag loading with more ease and accuracy.
How can I send you a video to critique
how can I throw a bag like the pros.they have they swipe style at the end and I can't figure it out
I can't figure out how to back load my bag ... I end up just throwing it on a full backspin tilt...I can't get it back loaded like alotnof these guys throwing roll bags ... I've watched your other video but I'm struggling
Hi Matthew. Check out minute 12 of the rollback video. That opening up a door knob finishing pinky high is what gets you to back load.
How can I get you to do the save for me and critique myself
Derek some day could be a thing open to everyone with the right software and remote sharing in place. This was a 1 off attempt. Took hours
I’ve seen professionals with different stances and it didn’t seem to be as important as their grip and release
The pinkel is the secret technique.
lol, Finger Blast
How can I send you a video to critique
What’s up Mark. Someday maybe that’s a thing. Right now the process is extremely labor-intensive and long and duration.
