30-min Full Body Strength Workout with Dumbbells

- We are using circuits and tempo training to build full-body definition and strength! We will train our upper body, lower body, and core with compound and isolation exercises for an awesome strength session! With a longer work timer, we will step out of our comfort zone to really take our bodies to the next level!
30-MINUTE FULL BODY STRENGTH CIRCUITS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 5bs to 40lbs / 2.2kg to 18kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy.
- EXERCISE MAT
STRUCTURE:
-10 EXERCISES
-REPEATED TWICE FOR A TOTAL OF 2 CIRCUITS
-WORK: 60 SECONDS
-REST: 20 SECONDS
-REST BETWEEN CIRCUITS: 60 SECONDS
EXERCISE LIST:
-SQUAT W/ 3 PULSE
-ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
-SUMO SQUAT - LOW HOLD
-SUMO GLUTE BRIDGE FULL TO HALF REP
-CHEST PRESS W/ 3 PULSE
-ALT. DEAD STOP ROW AND PULSE
-NARROW SHOULDER PRESS W/ SLOW LOW
-1/2 HOLD ALT. BICEP CURLS
-ARMS AROUND THE WORLD DEAD BUG
-DOUBLE PULSE ALT. LEG LOWER TO DOUBLE CRUNCH

OMG KC, this might just be my new favorite workout! Way to maximize those 30 minutes. I don't usually love 60 second work periods but with these awesome tempos and pulse moves, it flew by. Favorite moves were dead stop single arm rows with 30 lbs and deadbug with snow angel/around the world - I forget the actual name? Saved to faves and will revisit! Thank you!

I'm back! As an update, I did the workout yesterday, it was very challenging but also SO fun. I love working out with you, Kaleigh. It makes me feel like i have a personal trainer in my home because of how you talk us through everything.
Will do this later, right now I feel like Nacho. ; ) I bought wrist straps since my left wrist has been achy, seem to work well. I like the reminders to keep them straight but sometimes when tired, I think I don't.
