Switching to morning workouts was a game changer. I feel good all day and I don’t have the “too tired after a long workday” excuse. When I first switched, there was a day that I was whining after work “I don’t want to go to the gymmm” but then was like “wait, I already went!” Love it.
I’m usually a morning workout person, but, as you said, sometimes you have to mix it up because life!! So probably going to be working out in the evenings for the next few weeks. Although I’m tired by the end of the day, you keep me motivated!!! This was so great, thank you! 💕

I like afternoon workouts as a post-work stress reliever but love the morning lives! And do mornings if I know I’ll be busy later in the day. No excuses that way! 😆

I love an early morning workout but this week I've had to switch to afternoons due to a variety of different things. I am so less motivated by afternoon but I will say that I've got it done!! I am also doing a 5k a day challenge for June, and it is killer!!

Update: I did this again a week later! I did it again yesterday, “leg day”, and didn’t overdo it while still challenging myself. I did great and I’m just the right amount of sore today. ❤
I recently started watching you and I think you are very good at what you do. I would like to share some advice I got when I was pregnant. I was told after 6 months you should no longer lift anything over 5 pound as it creates stretch marks. So along with that adivice as well as coaca butter and olive oil I deluvered stretch mark free.

If I do cardio of any type it is in the AM, strength is always in the early afternoon. I do have a request if possible. After lower body workouts, I make sure to stretch as much as I can. However, can you do a stretch routine for the IT band? 🙏🏻 I see my chiropractor every 3 weeks, and she is amazed at how hard I have been working on my hips and glutes stretching. However, my IT band is extremely painful in my left leg. She gave me a stretch for that terrible pain, but I have been looking for a 10 to 15 minute stretch routine specifically for painful IT bands, and there is very little. Piriformis and hips are covered completely all over UA-cam, but IT band is lacking. I love all of your encouragement, but this pain has me dreading leg day and even full body day bc I know I am going to pay for it later. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 💜
