    Switching to morning workouts was a game changer. I feel good all day and I don’t have the “too tired after a long workday” excuse. When I first switched, there was a day that I was whining after work “I don’t want to go to the gymmm” but then was like “wait, I already went!” Love it.

    I’m usually a morning workout person, but, as you said, sometimes you have to mix it up because life!! So probably going to be working out in the evenings for the next few weeks. Although I’m tired by the end of the day, you keep me motivated!!! This was so great, thank you! 💕

    Morning workout person here! I do everything in the morning😂 Grocery shopping at 6 am, you name it I do it in the morning! As always, love starting my days off with your workouts! I always feel ready to conquer anything throughout my day!!

    I'm definitely a workout in the morning kind of girl. 🌸It's when I have the most energy! Afterwords I have the whole day to look forward to, I feel more energized and optimistic before life happens and tries its best to knock me down throughout the day 🌪⛈🌩 until all I want to look at is my bed. 🌝The next morning the sun comes up and I do it all again! ☀Loving your shorter workouts so that I know I can always make time for it! ❤

    If I wait to work out until after work, I’ll never work out. By 4:30 in the afternoon, I don’t care anymore. That’s why I wake up and work out with you at 6 AM four days a week. On Wednesdays, I do yoga or Pilates. I love your workouts, I love your personality, please, don’t ever quit! 💪🤗

    I'm more of a morning workout, I feel I have more energy throughout the day. However life forces me to workout in the late afternoon. Thank you again for this amazing workout.

    Loved this intense 20 minutes with you Kayleigh, Jason and gassy pups😂😂 This was an awesome short sweat. I prefer mornings- get the serious sweat out of the way. However, I am blessed with a schedule that can accommodate anytime🎉Love you and your family❤

    Guess what? Catching up on SSS 2 and 2 lower body workouts at 20 min each makes a heck of a 40 min workout that flies by!!!!

    I like afternoon workouts as a post-work stress reliever but love the morning lives! And do mornings if I know I’ll be busy later in the day. No excuses that way! 😆

    Thanks so much for the "hips square" tip for doing single leg Romanian deadlift! I know you've said it before but it clicked this time and made a huge difference!
    I used to be a morning person but things have changed and now I'm more late afternoon for strength and spin.

    I wish I could workout in the morning, but I like my sleep. I usually try to get it in before lunch or early afternoon. Love these 20 minute workouts! 💛💙

    Yes, I work out first thing in the morning! Otherwise I will find all kinds of excuses not to!
    This was an effective workout for a short one - although all of Kaleigh's workouts are effective!

    Mid morning, before lunch. I like to have my coffee first thing in the morning and then drink plenty of water before the workout.

    I love an early morning workout but this week I've had to switch to afternoons due to a variety of different things. I am so less motivated by afternoon but I will say that I've got it done!! I am also doing a 5k a day challenge for June, and it is killer!!

    Update: I did this again a week later! I did it again yesterday, “leg day”, and didn’t overdo it while still challenging myself. I did great and I’m just the right amount of sore today. ❤

    I recently started watching you and I think you are very good at what you do. I would like to share some advice I got when I was pregnant. I was told after 6 months you should no longer lift anything over 5 pound as it creates stretch marks. So along with that adivice as well as coaca butter and olive oil I deluvered stretch mark free.

    Noodle arms followed by noodle legs!! Ending with a wall sit too, WOOO 🥵😅 love the slight change in the schedule this week too, I’ve been wanting to do more strength and this was a blast! Also a morning workout person here. The day goes too fast once it starts and if I don’t do it right away, it probably won’t happen!

    If I do cardio of any type it is in the AM, strength is always in the early afternoon. I do have a request if possible. After lower body workouts, I make sure to stretch as much as I can. However, can you do a stretch routine for the IT band? 🙏🏻 I see my chiropractor every 3 weeks, and she is amazed at how hard I have been working on my hips and glutes stretching. However, my IT band is extremely painful in my left leg. She gave me a stretch for that terrible pain, but I have been looking for a 10 to 15 minute stretch routine specifically for painful IT bands, and there is very little. Piriformis and hips are covered completely all over UA-cam, but IT band is lacking. I love all of your encouragement, but this pain has me dreading leg day and even full body day bc I know I am going to pay for it later. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 💜

    I'm a morning girl. I have to get up extra early because I have a 5 year old. If I put off the work out to later in the day it's harder for me.
