hello my friend, i want buy a monitor for gaming I have two options, one is VG279Q1a 27 inch and the other is VG249Q1A I don't know which one can be better, some say 24 is better for the game, some say 27 is wider and can be seen better. What suggestions do you have for me?
I got this but I don’t know how to turn it on? The one I had before would turn on as soon I started my pc. It sometimes turns on after unplugging and Replugging but it’s too much work
I always leave my monitor turned on. If I turn my laptop to sleep, the display turns off and if I open it, it turns on automatically. I don’t need to unplug and replug it.
hi, i just got the same monitor and unfortunately i am not sure what is the issue, but the cable for monitor, i cannot fit it in the HDMI Ports only for the Display Port and that sucks because i am not able to use the features for the monitor like Gaming, and can't get higher then 50% of brightness do i need to buy a specific HDMI cable or what? Hello. They should have provided you with 1 HDMI and 1 DisplayPort cable. The monitor should have 2 HDMI ports and 1 for DisplayPort. The HDMI cable should fit the HDMI port because it is a standard design. Check carefully if you’re inserting it on the right port. If they did not provide you with an HDMI port, you can just buy it online or any electronic store. You can check the menu on the monitor if you are displaying the right port via the “Input Select”. You can also adjust the brightness on the menu.
@@buraisu22 Hi i did some stuff and turns out my monitor was on power safe mode so i couldn't able to access the other stuff as well as for brightness everything works now except that i have it plugged in Display Port and not HDMI, I suppose that's okay right?
@@buraisu22 okay alr thank you soo much, yeah i mean I remember it did turned it on by default but i haven't realised that until i started doing something about setting to see anything i can do and saw that thought what happens if i turn it off since i said to myself i don't need that and from there all other settings worked
@@buraisu22 it’s a good monitor just dosent have hdmi 2.0 which is mainly what i needed it for but the graphic are great im gonna sell it i just got it a day ago from Best Buy if your interested

@@omppu65 There should have been an HDMI cable included unless the seller stated that HDMI is excluded. You should contact the seller to clarify. As for the ‘no signal’ issue, I think it should automatically display on the first available screen, which in your case is the one connected to the DisplayPort. You can check the display settings on your laptop or PC to see if it extends or duplicates your screen. Alternatively, try checking the monitor’s menu to see which port it displays on, either HDMI 1, HDMI 2, or DisplayPort.
Hi. You don’t need to press and hold the buttons. Just press it and the menu should be displayed. Make sure the screen is displayed first. You can try moving the circular button to the left/right.
For me, yes it’s worth it for its price. I’ve got everything I need. I don’t do much gaming lately but it is also good for watching series/anime. I would rate it 10/10 and would definitely buy the same monitor if ever I setup a dual screen.

I got the curved 24 inch tuf and the gameplay it give is so nice on my ps5. The colors are sick too. Sometimes it doesn’t want to turn on though

If you’re a gamer and mostly play fps or moba games, I suggest you get the 24. But if you’re gonna play single player games, 27 would be better.
Don’t buy either mine is completely messed up after 1 year look online so many people have issues with half the screen going black

@@JASXN8 Ohh nice. Actually I haven’t tried the power safe mode yet. iirc, DisplayPort is faster than HDMI so you should do just fine.
