Kira to me it was one of the best new Star Wars characters since Disney took over and I still feel she's underrepresented and underappreciated. I really hope whether it's a future book or hell, even a TV show. We can actually see an older kira after return of the Jedi following up that haunting image in the comics of her knowing that she helped cause the victory but also all the damage she's done and so she's like a way in victorious yet alone and unsatisfied. Would love for this author or again a TV series to explore that Kira.
I’d love to see a live-action War of the Bounty Hunters movie where the seven crime syndicate fleets fight it out in a battle royale and maybe we can find out who crashed Maul into Malachor in the Lando show. This book was a great expansion to the Star Wars underworld.
There needs to be a proper 16+ criminal underworld show. Like what George lucas failed to create all those years ago. HBOs sopranos mixed in with space opera. Love to see how darth mauls empire collapsed and what led him to become that old washed up Sith Lord in rebels
Speaking of Underworld I do wondered what would be the plot lines from those scripts besides the Palpatine lover one for underworld. Other than Han lando chewbacca saw and boba Fett there was also plans to included leia somehow. But yeah I think Disney really need to revival underworld with the Sopranos writers like with house of cards writers for Andor?
*Adult* : The High Republic: The Eye Of Darkness (November 2023) The Living Force (April 9, 2024) The High Republic: Temptation Of The Force (Summer 2024) The High Republic: Trials Of The Jedi (Spring 2025) *Young adult* : The High Republic: Defy The Storm (March 2024) The High Republic: Tears Of The Nameless (Fall 2024) The High Republic: Into The Light (Spring 2025) *Junior* : The High Republic: Escape From Valo (March 2024) The High Republic: Beware The Nameless (Summer 2024) The High Republic: A Valiant Vow (Spring 2025)
same problem with recent marvel shows. i think it’s a symptom of something bigger, and i hope it resolves because there are so many good stories in the star wars galaxy that people would eat up.
i’ve been excited to read this, but i’m a little put off by it seeming like the first part of a trilogy. that may send it straight to backlog, as i still haven’t even gotten to inquisitor yet.
How "young adult" would you say this novel is? I would really love to read it. However every YA book I've ever tried to read, other than the maze runner trilogy. Has left me indifferent, or I just really didn't vibe with it.
I liked the Padme books enough, but I'll probably skip this one. I've had enough Qira with the comics and such. I do like the character, but I don't need to see every second of her life.
I wonder if Qira is the character from The Star Wars : Underworld Series who was Palpatines Consort, who was the focus of the series. They filmed 20 episodes
"Not everything has to be made for my specific star wars sensibilities"
The first recorded instance of a reasonable star wars fan.

I’d adore a more gritty crime tale about kira and maul.
She had quite the storyline in the comics
*Qi'ra
@@CouncilCape897beat me to it.
Easily the most interesting character in the film. Would have been much better to make a film about her instead of riding off nostalgia.
Man I really wish they expand what they started on Solo, I liked the movie
Me too! Especially Qi ra's story.
Shame it didn't do good on box office
I hope to also find out how Q'ira took control of Crimson Dawn before Maul went to Malachore
I really liked the padme novels but yeah I can understand why it’s not everyone’s cup of space tea. Very excited to check out this book.

Make Solo 2 happen!
These books and that crimson dawn comic arc probably means they've decided not to.
I really want to see more of qira, dryden and crimson dawn and more of the criminal Syndicate

@@lemonynora that will be amazing like andor but darker

Yes! That was a really cool idea and then that was just...it.
So excited to read this one! ✨
Did the video need some fixes, or is 10:15am the new upload time?
Crimson Dawn and the underworld should have been the antagonists of the sequel trilogy, fight me.
Do we have any idea when the next star wars novels get announced? Like maybe at NYCC

At SDCC, they mentioned a lot more phase 3 HR stuff will be coming at NYCC.
Your description of the ending is how I felt about Ahsoka. It's becoming a trend and I don't think it's a good trend.

Agreed, it was enjoyable but didn't feel quite finished. Hoping for a sequel announcement sometime soon.
It’s crimson dawn appearing in Star Wars outlaws
My hype for Kira ended once she was confirmed to be alive post-ESB in the comics.
Qira should be in the next Andor streaming series.
One thing the book probably won't explain much (mostly because of the timeline) is Qi'ras and Cadeliahs, uh, uhm, err....relationship.
Would love to see Kira in the Lando movie. I think she’d be the perfect villain.
i’ve been excited to read this, but i’m a little put off by it seeming like the first part of a trilogy. that may send it straight to backlog, as i still haven’t even gotten to inquisitor yet.
Will we see prince xizor
So when appropriate, please provide a breakdown and easter egg video of this.

Qira is Velma
Bruh, what are you talking about?
