@@matthew_natividad Nah man, with proper build( many options there available), you will fight with iron bear for more than 2 mins. with cooldown of 8 seconds max. Iron bear was stealing all my moze action so now i play them separately(Iron bear only or Moze oNly game)

Deathtrap is a little underpowered, but I still mained mechromancer anyway cuz she cute af and her health regen is OP af
Good old Deathtrap really could use some love. Most of the enhancements in the skill tree make him actually worse because the extra abilities don't scale well and he wastes a lot of time in the animations, not attacking. And even when he's fighting he's just not very good.
I hope Maliwan and Atlas have something to say to Moze in game about how she attempted to attack them, and it does seem like she was sent against both of them and was a literal death trap

Seems every game has a character that got screwed by a major corporation. Love the lore expanding.

@@gibster9624 Well, DT can dish out some decent dammage... If you get the Make it sparkle skill + the spin to win attack, he does a good amount of burst dammage (pretty much enough to one shot an ennemy in uvhm) but that's it, after that he dies. And having like a 1 minute cd to kill one ennemy is pretty trash. But yeah, DT is kinda useless, that's a shame.
@@Skylair95 That is true, but honestly, I like that. Gaige has been one of my favorites sense she launched because of her Anarchy skills, not deathtrap. Having a weak deathtrap forces the player to engage in the combat more directly, and, in the case of Gaige, build more anarchy. Deathtrap is useful as a decoy, though. Blood Soaked Shields ensures you will not die, but will always be needing more health. Having the enemies shoot at something else gives the player a chance to either run around and pick some up, or wait for some of it to regen from Fancy Mathematics.
@@jacobjefferies-mfam Deathtrap is still a poor decoy compared to Axton turret tho. He dies faster than the turret, usually doesn't draw the ennemy attention that well and cannot be positionned as you wish (like for shooting spiderants butt for example).
But still, the problem with Gaige is Anarchy. That's basically her only build. You could pretty much just go for close enough, anarchy/smaller lighter faster, and blood soaked shield and you have your build. Everything else is pretty much useless for her. Having a "real" DT build would have been nice, they kinda tried to make it with the BFF tree but... yeah it doesnt work that well.
@@SuperHongTay I didn't say a camp, i said 1 ennemy. I didn't try it in op10, but i know he could one shot a bandit during op levels (maybe not op8 since i probably stopped messing around with DT at this point). But as i said, it was with a build fully based on DT.
He protec, he attac, but most importantly he let Moze take a nap.

@@jameslune2096 Yes, multiplayer was shit during the beginning but Respawn listened to the community for flaws, big and small ones. Now the multiplayer is almost flawless. Gonna say HUGE props to the VA for Moze, she took what could have been some real cheesy/generic lines and made them feel like a real believable character. Good mix of somber and BA war vet IMO.

The fact that she uses "Gank" in a serious sentence and I didn't even notice until a few seconds after show who well she delivered the line.

@@getawayfromme44 oh hell yea I agree but meaning that all skills are weak results into a big trouble for raid bosses since no character will be a easy farm one and I don't know about you but I don't like wasting 10min on a fight with a 0,01% drop chance for that one legendary smg while the crappy legendary assault rifle has 10% drop chance. It all depends on how gearbox makes the drops if a boss fight is long and rewards you based on it then its fair, however in borderlands 2 grinding feels so bad if you don't cheese kill the bosses to get a acceptable loot/hour.

@@gaymohammed3137 I think zero is a bad example. He doesn't necessarily "survive". He's more of a "I'll kill you fast with an ability guy." (Looking at bore.) Krieg is very similar but now with explosions.(bloodsplosion). Maya has infinite stacking cloud kill and beehawk. Axton is ass if you don't have a large number of gear. (You'd run him like a grenadier). Salv is the tank(excluding his money shot which should never have been in the game nor should it have received a buff. (Anyone remember when they nerfed kunai and buffed money shot lol?) Gaige either has anarchy or shamfleet. Either way almost all characters excluding axton we're pretty strong in their own. I'd argue tho that none of them come close to the strength of these new vault hunters.

@@Phemon1337 Axton Sabre turret is pretty much just a decoy. I mean, it's really useful to make spiderant face the other way around in the peak so you can shoot their butt, but the turret itself doesn't do much otherwise.

“I work alone” , “who needs a team”, or
“my digistruct doppelgänger/mech is my best friend” is there gonna be some element of the vault hunters having to learn to work as a team to get through the campaign?
Most likely, after all Fl4k doesn't understand humans and that's why they're a they, because gender is nothing to them as a robot. And that'd be interesting to explore how Fl4k interacts and learns to befriend the cast as well as beasts.
While Amara seems a much more lone brawler type person.

The character design in BL3 is closest to the characters from the Pre-Sequal. So far all of the BL3 characters are mercs working for a buck, and certainly not above being the bad guy in a situation. Not that any of the BL characters should be described as 'heroes', but BL3 is a little farther from heroic than 1 or 2.
@@Chris_Sizemore do you not realise, vault hunters are literally just mercs lol, like their job is to literally hunt down alien vaults for cash and prizes, each has their own goal sure, but like that's quite literally a goal of a vault hunter, to get something for yourself from the vaults, wether it be money, weapons, a good fight etc.

There seems to be a trend among the PCs that they are very/used to be very lonely and do everything by themselves.
Which is interesting because BL is at its best in co-op.
Could be a simple story about the power of friendship.

Well that's kinda the point about vault hunters. When Fiona had a serious talk with Athena during Tales from the Borderlands, Athena explained just that - vault hunters are survivors above all and that's the one unifying trend they all share. The ability to adapt and think on their feet alongside their combat skills is necessary, thus being able to take care of yourself is just part of the job.
borderlands was always more a singlplayer game in quests the npc use always singular when talking never plural and the whole setting feels more solo and you just meet by accident another vaulot hunter but its not meant that you work as a 4 man team lore based.
@@tripzero4699 fl4k definitely will, from their bio we know they don't really connect with people that well, hense why they surround them self with animals they do understand. so in a way fl4k isn't really lonely, because to them their pets are wonderful company that they can understand and connect with. amara will likely say the same since its basically just a thing at this point that sirens are sad lonely people (save for the calipso's)
love playing as moze. one thing i do wish is that you could have separate skins for player and iron bear. that would be nice but its not anything that affects gameplay.
I wish more skins would affect iron bear uniquely, like adding some fun stuff to his chest or giving him different sounds

@@MattHew-rq8zw same I'm torn. Having a mech that also has sentry mode sounds SOOO useful, especially when playing by yourself. But on the other hand beast master sounds great, I can't decide.

I'd say BL1 and 2 both have certain characters that shine. It feels the same with this game, imo. I am interested to see what they learned from they're previous titles though
Wasn't too sold on Moze when she was first announced, and when I saw the gameplay for her, I still wasn't sold, but warmed up to her a bit. With this trailer, I just think she's the cutest and I'm definitely gonna do a playthrough with her. She also sounds wayyy different than I expected her to, but I like it.

To kill as many people as they have, have unique and quirky abilities mosts mercs don't, and to be just that good at what they are.....yeah, I wouldn't say they're a "little" messed up. But to be fair, to be the best at what they are, you're likely to end up alone. What good is having a healthy relationship if you can't keep it? Any regular person dumb enough to try and keep up with them is likely to die horribly.
