The last few months I have been picking up some part time shifts at one of my local bars where we have some form of live music every night whether it be small time solo artists or popular local bands. Anyway, this small time Solo artist that plays almost every week at our bar says the same one-liner joke/Catch phrase while he is playing. I have heard him say the same joke every week for the last few months and I crack up laughing every time because it is the perfect blend of brutal honesty and dry humor. Before every set he plays and after/in-between his sets because he takes a 10-15 minutes break every hour or so he says this very clever one-liner. So for context he says the same joke 4 or maybe 5 times a night which is smart because of anyone that has just arrived at the bar in-between his last set so there are always people that haven’t heard him say the joke. So I hear the same joke 4 maybe 5 times every night and I laugh just as hard after every single time because it is just so perfect, it is one of those jokes that no matter how many times you hear it, regardless of the fact you know exactly what he is going to say every time it just makes me roll with laughter. If you have ever seen or heard live music at a bar or restaurant you know that most bands or artists will set out a tip jar or tip bucket for any customers to give them a tip for their playing. So this guy says, “ I have a tip jar set out on the table in front of me if you feel so inclined as to drop a tip in there. It is going to a very important charity, which is my CAR PAYMENT!” Hilarious, if anyone actually reads this comment I thank you and also, it sounds WAY better in person when this guy says the punchline. NATHAN TATA is the artists name, small time Florida artists, writes a lot of his own original music which I personally think is VERY VERY good. Maybe if you look him up, he might have a video clip of him actually saying the joke which is definitely better then my poor description of it.
The Hail. I have never once not used it in any playthrough, and I will never stop using it. I know why it's so broken, because they must have figured nobody would use it because of its high trajectory arc, but decided to give it an insane level of damage. Partner it with Moze and her green tree with a bloodletter class mod, and it absolutely breaks the game, every time, even on mayhem 10.
when i did play moze i liked having the cub follow me around and was equally a menace, slap the nukes on and you get to listen to the screams and booms a lot.
I don't have the cub on but I do have the nukes on iron bear with a smg that has an 150 percent damage on vanquisher rockets and it mows everything in sight down love it.
For anyone that hasn't figured it out for Moze/IB- the explosions from her mini gun or rocket pods/nade launcher will 1 shot IB if your too close, however the Nuke guns do not cause any self damage- so if you're tired of self-downing IB, try those
In terms of clearing speed, complex root, unleash the dragon, lucky 7 and fish. First two are banned in our "time trials" competition, last two dominate entire leaderboard. Personally, all my records use fish for all characters, because I hate l7. Of course, additional items you mention here help complete a l7 or fish build.
Lol that's so disgusting that Gearbox nerfed all the most fun builds and then went "Here, buy the directors cut to get OP guns again 🤪🤮" Nah this games handling of nerfs made me completely sour on gearbox. Awful business practices and design choices when it came to BL3.
The problem I have is that after my Moze build every other build seems a little........ lacking!! As soon as you get the extra rad damage while below full health on your mayhem 10 weapons then game becomes pretty easy. I've got about 475 weapons in my vault and half of them are rad damage but I do have a couple of guns that I made with the BL3 save editor. Great fun if you want to tinker!!
Don't let this video fool you. They show case God roll versions with the supporting shield, class mod, and relic for each. So unless you farm for 60hrs for each weapon. Your results will vary. My sand hawk takes 120 shots to kill lv72 graveyard all crits.
Well to be fair, anyone with any borderlands experience would know that god rolls vastly out perform random stats, and a god roll can vary depending on your build, there isnt one god roll for an item, just the perfect stats for you.
My rakk attack FL4K uses a guardian angel and fish slap with melee anointments, and it destroys everything. Don't forget a clone Zane with ammo regen anointments or a just a grease trap
Gotta be honest,i usually never liked doing builds in Borderlands or any other game like it,i just usually pick guns and skills that i like and have fun with and when i beat the story,i would usually just re-do it with another character but funny thing is,i recently played Guild of Wars 2 game and i did bit of a build and saw how fun it actually is to do it and immediately,i wanted to try it out in Borderlands 3 and soo,now i am downloading 138 gigabyte game on my 1Mb per second internet,it will actually take couple days but i think it will be worth it. I am in a mood to play zane with clone or with the barrier,idk yet. If all goes "well", we actually might see Borderlands 4 announcee this E3 this summer,i have a good feeling about this. Why i am saying if all goes well is because of all the wars going on and there's plagues and pestilences and there's all sorts of things happening and it is my duty to btw inform you that all these things happening in the world were prophesied by Jesus and the prophets,it ain't a joke,we actually are in the very last days and i truly believe Jesus is about to return and it's my duty as Christian to tell you that,if i love you guys,i won't just let you go to hell because truth is that you won't be judged based on were your more good then bad,even our human judges don't do that, you did crimes and it has to be paid for or punished for and if God really didn't care,He would never send Jesus to save us in the first place. Honestly, Fish Slap on Moze is absolutely busted. I have a legit melee moze build that can dish out 500m damage in DOT and absolutely melts bosses and can take Hemo down from larval stage to death in under a minute
Make sure you have a revolter with in action skill start activate all shield procs. Plus what class would you is best for soli play in borderlands 3? And what moze build is best?
Im doing my first amara playthrough currently (yeah, played moze for 4 years, sue me), currently level 35. And I have enough keys in the vault card to spawn tens of blade furys. Ad of course, Im not doing it, im holding back. In early game it would oneshot everything, and thats just boring. Im having so much more fun with purple jakobs shotguns. Lock an enemy, rush in, shot once, punch, shot twice. Bettee than one click kills imo.
I love the Sub machine gun but it's trait that makes you discard it is annoying. The one that says "Slippery when wet" that was my baby until it unequipped itself at the edge of an arena 😂

1:55 i’m playing on switch and have never seen an action skill start annoinment on the revolter. Spent close to 40k eridium on rerolls, farmed sumo countless times, used 300 diamon keys across multiple characters…nothing. I sweat they patched it out of the switch version.
Honestly nothing against you but it just sounds like ungodly bad luck. Lucky for you anyone saying “you can’t do damage without it” is dead wrong there are plenty of shields that get the job done just fine

@@Marowakie those aren’t the only op sheilds. On a fl4k pet build a faulty star or messy breakup takes down almost everything without you having to do anything. Old gods while not as powerful as the revolter are the blood of the ancients of that game with buffs to elemental damage. Until the faulty star came out a radiation old god was the staple of my pet build. The stop gap while not powerful in damage is very o.p in defense especially when paired with a last stand relic. True the revolter and infernal wish are meta but you’d be surprised what a little experimenting can do

I do understand that there are enough builds out there that doesnt require those 2 shields. The schlooter really doesn’t help dedicated drops? When i farm for a god roll revolter i use the schlooter and alot of the time ill get +2 or +3 extra revolters.
The Nuke Sniper (complex root) is not working on ps5 i have all i need 21% Inderect Splash damage 55% damage Area 34% inderect damage And it doesn't do the Nuke Effekt :(
0 seconds ago Some of these in Amara I can’t get to do any damage in M11. The Guardian Angel especially seems to be insanely low damage but maybe I’m too close to enemies. Also you didn’t mention the Butcher. The ammo regen is randomized so some of them basically shoot forever while others need a reload every 3 seconds. The fire rate and damage are extreme- probably the best shotgun in the game imo.
Iv hit thia chest 10 times and havnt got a single legendary. Let alone the plasma coil. Its so lame how some loot is locked behind arms race because arms race is so lame and boring
It's so nasty that Gearbox destroyed all the fun builds that used to be possible in this game, and replaced them with these boring as basic guns 🤮 These guns are doing MORE DAMAGE than the so called "OP" builds that Gearbox STRESSED so much to destroy as fast as they could 🤮 Ffffk Gearbox.
It does make me sad almost everyone I played with is either using moze or zane as their main and other bunch is the robot. Everyone always needs to use the most OP characters etc to beat stuff 😂
Saying that using Zane or moze means that you need to use the most powerful characters in the game is crazy. You can have literal invulnerability with flak using stop gaps in the base game. Amara has one of the strongest builds for mobbing. No character is super strong you just have to make build that works. Also Zane and moze are just cooler than flak and armara.
Shlooter artifact is BS. It says 1000% but it's more like 30% not worth the sacrifice of a more useful artifact. Okay to use early game but endgame, it's garbage.
Yeah that’s what I was thinking. It feels like it boost legendary drops more from bosses. Idk how they calculate this stuff. Some enemies might have a limited amount of legendary drops possible
Does Heavy Rain on Amara cause issues with the complex root?? I have ASE Splash annoint on mine and swap between Phasezerker and Spiritual Driver but I'm just not seeing consistency others have
@SpartanGameZone shiiiiit I specced into it cause I'm doing a mostly splash gun focused elemental build and the attuned element melee skill in orange tree with find your centre to make use of melee effects (Ripper and fishslap with berserker relics are fun lol) just for the extra dmg, but I specced heavy rain to get Unweave the Rainbow as the skill goes off with my Cryo Craps, I'll look at my skills when I get home and see what the other skills provide if it's messing with my Complex Root, fingers crossed for cooldown rate in tier 1 purple tree lmao 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Been running Mayhem 10. Blade fury is the only gun that consistently kills enemies. Got lucky with a masher my first roll (thank god).

Old gods while not as powerful as the revolter are the blood of the ancients of that game with buffs to elemental damage. Until the faulty star came out a radiation old god was the staple of my pet build. The stop gap while not powerful in damage is very o.p in defense especially when paired with a last stand relic. True the revolter and infernal wish are meta but you’d be surprised what a little experimenting can do

I do understand that there are enough builds out there that doesnt require those 2 shields. But it just sucks that i have to burn through 40k eridium to convince myself that i’m probably never gonna get it, could’ve used those eridium to reroll something else 😂

The schlooter really doesn’t help dedicated drops? When i farm for a god roll revolter i use the schlooter and alot of the time ill get +2 or +3 extra revolters.
Yeah it doesn't help with dedicated drops. Just increases the random world drops.
Listen, I found this legendary flamethrower, and it only does seven damage but melts every goddamn thing it touches

Some of these in Amara I can’t get to do any damage in M11. The Guardian Angel especially seems to be insanely low damage but maybe I’m too close to enemies.
Also you didn’t mention the Butcher. The ammo regen is randomized so some of them basically shoot forever while others need a reload every 3 seconds. The fire rate and damage are extreme- probably the best shotgun in the game imo.

It does make me sad almost everyone I played with is either using moze or zane as their main and other bunch is the robot. Everyone always needs to use the most OP characters etc to beat stuff 😂
Saying that using Zane or moze means that you need to use the most powerful characters in the game is crazy. You can have literal invulnerability with flak using stop gaps in the base game. Amara has one of the strongest builds for mobbing. No character is super strong you just have to make build that works. Also Zane and moze are just cooler than flak and armara.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. It feels like it boost legendary drops more from bosses. Idk how they calculate this stuff. Some enemies might have a limited amount of legendary drops possible

Does Heavy Rain on Amara cause issues with the complex root?? I have ASE Splash annoint on mine and swap between Phasezerker and Spiritual Driver but I'm just not seeing consistency others have
Potentially, weapon effects are timed based not distance based so I can see heavy rain messing with the complex root
@SpartanGameZone shiiiiit I specced into it cause I'm doing a mostly splash gun focused elemental build and the attuned element melee skill in orange tree with find your centre to make use of melee effects (Ripper and fishslap with berserker relics are fun lol) just for the extra dmg, but I specced heavy rain to get Unweave the Rainbow as the skill goes off with my Cryo Craps, I'll look at my skills when I get home and see what the other skills provide if it's messing with my Complex Root, fingers crossed for cooldown rate in tier 1 purple tree lmao 🤞🏻🤞🏻
