I have a K-80 Trap Special. It’s a beautiful clay busting tool. It works every time. Balance is exceptional. Trigger is the absolute best in the industry.
I have shot the K80 and the Parcours model. I prefer the heavier K80. The Parcours is very light in the barrel and along with that comes more recoil and a more “ whippy “ feel to it. The Model 32 Krieghoff was a fantastic gun also. The K80 just has better triggers and a hardened receiver. If you come across a Model 32 don’t be afraid to get one. You can have the triggers upgraded to the same ones that the K80 has. Barrels can be fitted very easily between both models.
A great review- the K80 parlours is an exceptional gun. The looks are marmite and grow on you. However when you get one that fits you there is nothing else that handle like them just ask Ed Solomon’s, Ben Hustwhaite or Mark Windsor … simply the best you can get

Krieghoff is one of the highest quality shotguns ever produced and also one of the most expensive. Many people aspire to own them. Kreighoff also uses the world’s top shotgun engravers such as G. Stoegner (aka G. Stogner) who has created 7 Krieghoff “Guns of the Year,” more than any engraver. Recently, a G. Stoegner gun sold for more than $100,000 US on the secondary market. The #2 Kreighoff engraver is Jana Schilling, whose 2009 Krieghoff Gun of the Year also sold for $110,000 US at Pacific Sporting Arms in February 2024 (call and ask them). Kreighoff shotguns are a good investment and store of value, like high end collectible cars - the better engravers almost always bring a financial premium when they are resold. Other top Krieghoff engravers are #3. Goeser, 4. Reich, 4. Nonn (tie), and 5. Creative Arts.

For such beautiful guns, I still dont understand why they dont chrome their barrels. You need to keep on top of maintenance and clean the barrels well after every shoot. Surprised Johnny didnt mention that with the barrels section.
@@kylesteffen8719 they are not, they are polished steel like perazzi. Perazzi and Krieghoff us polished steel unlike other manufacturers who chrome line their barrels. Here in the USA, PA to be exact, yes there’s a lot of Krieghoff shotguns. What I never see or hear about is how often these guns have to be serviced in Ottsville, PA. Most everyone I shoot with sends there’s back once a year. Guys with Kolars and Beretta DT 11’s don’t seem to be doing that. Especially the Kolars! Not trying to start an argument, just my observation and discussions with owners of them.
Hello Jonny! Thank you again for the MR video. I have a fantastic DT-11 L Sporting fitted by his team. I've since been breaking more clays than ever. Now I'm looking at a K-80 Parcours X to be fitted by MR. Last WE a fellow shooter let me try a round with his Parcours X. Love is the operative word for any target 25m and out. Have you any advice as to the difference between the Parcours and the X? Kind regards!
Hey Johnny, completely unrelated but since the warmer time of the year is getting started I was wondering if you had any recommendations for thin yet practicable hunting jackets?
Browning waxed canvas. Good for fall spring to warmish weather. Regulate with a jumper underneath in preferred weight. Won't pick up burrs and looks killer with a fedorah while shooting birds or deer.
A Krieghoff gun is beyond reproach in terms of workmanship and quality, yet I find the design stale. Beretta, Perazzi or Longthorne are far ahead of Krieghoff in terms of design, in my opinion. Of course, the design is always a matter of taste, but a weapon that you like, you simply prefer to take in hand, right?
Italian guns are like Jag/Land Rover, beautiful to look at ….. (I’ll not add anymore to that sentence as you know what would come next😉) . Would I own one? I Have done and now shoot a K80, another level simple as that. Basic K80 does look plain, but step up the wood and engraving and they’re truly stunning, you just don’t see many of the higher level ones around, leaving people assuming they’re all plain dull looking guns. Those that know know. All in my opinion of course.
Remington created model 32. Krieghoff bought rights on that gun and started manufacturing K32/80. Rem 3200 is unique Remington design and manufactured shotgun with top latch locking system, split free floated barrels common to Krieghoff but that's it. Everything else is different.
Love the cinematics in this video. A review of a super sport that you can actually shoot would be great lmao. Looking to get one for my next gun and no one else other than Loyd has a video on it. And well... Its a good video but lacks the cinematics. Overall just prefer your way of reviewing guns.

I believe he was someone who engraved Krieghoffs or was known for his stock work…my dad just passed and he had Arts personal 4 barrel k32 which has an engraved receiver (24k gold pheasants and dogs) with engraved barrels; as well as a full set of tubes. Tweedl ist not giving away this 17k gun. He is selling 1399 tickets for £ 20 each. That's nearly £ 26.000. So he earns about £ 9.000 more than if he would sell the gun itself! And if he would sell less than 70% of the tickets, which would be about £ 19.600, the winner doesn't get the gun, he's getting some undefined amount of money instead.
