😅@0:03. Last night i made medium rare steaks right. Well as I was trying to balance them with other things in my hand I accidentally dropped one while trying to bite into one. I just rinsed it and put it back in the skillet for 2 minutes on each side to kill germs🤔😅 and add the flavor back into it.

You have inspired me to start baking. Bought the heart shaped pans and turn table, ordered some tips too. My first cake last weekend was not good. My buttercream was too thick and didnt taste like the icings from professional bakeries, i prefer that light and melt in your mouth texture. Mine was like butter consistency. 🧈 Im retrying one again this weekend.
That Tiffany Blue color is so cute! I knew that Iiked the pink and that you have a baby pink and what I'd call a deeper pink. But that Tiffany Blue is pretty as well. The fact that you have the mixer going all day to make fresh buttercream frosting shows just how busy you are. The cherry's on top are such a good compliment to the cakes as well.
I'm in the U.S. and just preordered your cookbook! Can't wait to get it in a few months. I've been watching your progress in the bakery since the beginning and I'm so happy for you! Hopefully, I'll be able to take a trip soon and try all of your delicious desserts. I also finally have gotten the courage to rent space at a commercial bakery to start my own "at home" business! I signed the paperwork to be able to start at the end of the month. My goal is to eventually be able to open my own space. I'm excited and nervous all at the same time. Fingers crossed, I get orders. To me it looks like a miracle that at the end you always hit the point where you started to decorate. Everything is so incredibly symmetrical. I know that a lot of this comes from your enormous experience but you're nevertheless one of a kind baker (two soon ;-) 😁 ). 2) I absolutely love the pink apron on you and somehow I would like to have one. But I'm pretty sure, that it would look quite a bit ridiculous on a big bear type hetero male (190cm with 57,5 cm wide shoulders). But maybe I will buy one for my daughter. Hi Brooke I have been so busy at the bakery 🧁 at purity ice cream 🍨 we are getting into fall in the northern hemisphere and lots of fall treats and fall coffee drinks are in and I have been decorating so many cupcakes 🧁 we sell out of cupcakes 🧁 very quickly I work two days a week Tuesday and Thursday 9 to 1 i also bake apple crisp and make ice cream Sammie’s I want to learn how to decorate ice cream cakes 🍰 once I master the other stuff then I can learn how to decorate cakes 🍰 maybe I will be able to work more hours really soon if I keep working out 🏋️♀️ and getting stronger and be on my feet for longer 😊
Gosh Just curious (home selling baker here) how much temp does a pro oven like that fluctuate with keeping it open that long to load pans in? The oven I’m using drops at least 25 degrees with one very entry/exit of a pan! Thanks so much for your channel, been watching for years …. Much since you’ve been travelling around. Odd question here. Do you know if you're having a girl or boy? You're carrying high which, according to old wives tales, signifies a girl. Everyone in my family who carried high had a girl. I was the exception. I carried low, right on my pelvis plus the sonograms (2) showed a breech baby so they couldn't tell if it was male or female. Finally, they said it was a boy because of the slower heartbeat. We decorated a blue room with Paddington Bear and got a going home outfit for a newborn boy. At 6-1/2 months, I had to have a C-section and, when the doctor said, "It's a girl!", I sat up and screamed "What!?!". Scared the doctor and nurses so much because I was numb from the sternum down. My poor hubby had to find a preemie outfit for a girl (and, in 1982, the only preemie clothes were doll clothes). Long story but, get a bunch of green and yellow baby clothes!
Should employ me. I’m a professional cake decorator. I had my own small business and worked from home, but I didn’t make enough to live off of so I had to go out and get a real job to pay my bills.
