Have a couple of cookie flavours, brownies, cupcakes, macarons, pastries etc all in one box pre-ordered so you know exactly how many you need for each day and there's minimal waste.

Hi Brooki I just got done ✅ with work i decorated cupcakes 🧁 and made ice cream Sammie’s and then I packaged them and put them in the cooler and I also wrapped the apple crisp and put the apple crisp in the deep freeze and then I clean up my area and then clock out I get into work at 8:30am and then I work at 9:00am to 1:00pm I am a part time baker 🧑🏽🍳 I can’t do full time unfortunately

I don't bake, but when i was a kid, my mum used to have a reusable piping bag made out of some kind of cloth that was quite easy to clean. Not sure if those still exist and of course it would add an extra job of cleaning them but those might be an alternative to the rather wasteful plastic piping bags?
You should make BROOKIE - brownie and cookie combo ( I do it at my work I semi bake the cookies first than put brownie batter on tray and put chunks of the cookies on top and bake it )

I remember when I lived in the Valley, you guys were almost ALWAYS out of NYC cookies… I didn’t realise why until I saw the long line as I drove on the bridge, I thought it was for a club but it was just for cookies!! (Id like to know what time is ideal to get hot cookies, I like the ones which come out of the oven causes it’s warm and gooey)

That’s Parkinson’s Law… the allotted time you have is how much time it will take… expand it, and the time u will need to do it will expand too lol
