i just had your biscoff cookie today at fortitude valley and it was probably the best cookie i ever had. crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and it is mind blowing. your stuff is great!!!

Watching your videos makes me feel so happy because it gives me a glimpse as to what running a bakery business is actually like and it can be rewarding but it also can be quite terrifying and difficult. For me I'm kind of scared on weather to have a bakery or becoming a home baker, and I have anxiety, so I guess if I where to run a bakery I would be happy and also feel very anxious, so I don't know😭

I was in the valley Saturday morning and saw people with bags from your shop, I said to my daughter omg people line up for ages just to get some of her stuff.
Id just advise no one with a nut allergy eat any cookies that are made in a kitchen where nuts are used. Even if that cookie doesnt have nuts in it directly. Contamination is real and can kill.

Hi Brook, thanks for sharing your story and experiences. I'm watching you from China and are about to embark on opening a cookie bakery here. My wife and I are excited to start a business like this but know it will be a challenge. The Chinese don't have the sweet tooth of other western countries so the sugar needs to be toned down. We done a lot of experimenting and think we'll get there. A few of our creations include Red bean paste, Durian and Boba which probably wouldn't appeal to the West. Cheers

For a new recipe, I would suggest orange. It is fresh like lemon, but sweeter. You could add candied pieces of orange to the dough 🍊Good luck to you; personally I never eat cookies or anything with wheat, but I love baking 😂

That’s the trick I’ve found too for a gluten free vegan choco chip cookie recipe, freeze for 30 minutes before baking. So good!
