I know a lot of guys are about that "low low" life on the big rigs but I think it sits damn near perfect as it is now. And the black and chrome/polished look is perfect.
Where did you get those shims from and the u bolts i am trying to do that to my 379 because it’s to tall. If you can give me the part numbers. Thank you
Looks good. Silent Mike isn't so silent anymore. Custom Pete with a backup alarm? Ditch the backup alarm. Totally kills the badassery vibe you're going for.
I wish I had a tool box like that cause I'd be working on my truck and my sons truck to trying to teach him how to work on his truck cause he has health problems he is 20 years old but he has a mind of a kid and I've been teaching him alot and it makes me happy cause he wants to learn how to and he watches ur videos to
I'm not sure if it's been touched on before, but is there a list of tools/ items included in the roll cart? I'd love to re-create a tool cart similar to it, for myself !
Headlight mods look great, and the lowering was much needed! Bumper really made the truck look alot more complete. Once those shiny sewer pipes are on, it'll really be looking great. Good work bro
the long nose petes 🤤. That's my favorite part about working at the fire Department starting those big diesels up. Our tanker is a 3000 gallon kenworth w900 big cam Cummins my favorite truck to drive, most people are afraid I love it.
I like the ride height right there. The pete is really starting to look good. The stacks are gonna make it look much more complete. Stay well and stay safe
when you change the ride height it changes your drive line geometry and can cause a driveline noise.. I don't know how people properly lower rigs or if there even is a "proper" way to do it.
When ya get the new headlights....swap the high/ low ones to the inside slot and high beam to outside slot.....better yet I like the 5by7 single version on dropped spindles.......looking nice now....
Lookig good, front airride would make it 100%. Front airride from Horst or Jimmy Ferrell are probably the best out there. They both are out of Pennsylvania, I get about 6 inches of travel in the front airbags, all controlled from the cab, u can really slam it when parked and raise it when needed
Good lord love it i think the 24 and 22s look good for tire sizing Almost. Looks like to much pressure on ur mount bolts for front bumper need to put shim in between mount and bumper
looks awsome brother... floats all the way around would make that thing look stellar.. I'm surprised your not blacking out the whole truck lol i expected a black chrome bumber lol
I hope you polish everything out, when you're done. I'm so happy to see some shine instead everything being blacked out!
I know a lot of guys are about that "low low" life on the big rigs but I think it sits damn near perfect as it is now. And the black and chrome/polished look is perfect.
I agree. It's just the perfect height without having to worry too much about hitting every single thing on the ground. Plus looks just perfect.
those are the same dudes who think its cool to sit on the floor and have the shifter touching the headliner.
Where did you get those shims from and the u bolts i am trying to do that to my 379 because it’s to tall. If you can give me the part numbers. Thank you

Congrats to box winner glad you signed it 🤘🇺🇸
Does anyone know where he got the shims? Or where to buy? 4state truck sells something similar but they're slotted.
Where do you get the shims from for the front axle?
Remember greh, heavy usage and frame twisting from torque might hve been permanently done. I've seen it happen.
Can you post a link for the u bolts and angled shims
The constant banging out projects is satisfying af
What size of shims are the ones you use ?
Love it! Do a paint matched grill surround that would look clean
She's looking good Greg what big improvement
Loving the longer vid...need more of these!
That Peterbilt is badass
Greg
What’re did you get the short u bolts and do you have a part number.
Another good looking modification is U-Bar Mirror brackets, they really clean the look up!
you have a back up light out on your right tail light Greg just to give you the heads up on it
It was great getting to meet you at Beans brother! Keep up the hard work, can't wait to see you again at BOITC 2021!
Its almost time to go truckin. Truck looks sick slammed on the front and a big ol bumper. The 7 or 8 inch pipes guna make it pop.
Starting to look nice, some round classic headlights would fit nice to.
That's a nice tool box. Pete is beautiful, Damn quiet Mike is talent in all area, that young man amaze me.
Hell yeah Greg A. You're knocking these projects out left and right. And looking killer too. #blacktrucksmatter
Man that tool cart turned out nice. Joe you lucky dog that was suppose to been my tool cart. 🤣👍

Looks good black and chrome keep it that way.
Truck looks sick man! Can’t wait to see when the whole fleet is running!!
It’s kinda funny how much a bigass flat bumper does for the truck! Looks killer!!

The Peterbilt Looks Amazing Can't wait for the Stacks You Boyz are doing Excellent Work Cheers from Calgary
Super excited you're back on the pete build, looks great!
Check alignment of front axle, front hanger to bolts. There is enough play centre pin to hole.
I'm not sure if it's been touched on before, but is there a list of tools/ items included in the roll cart? I'd love to re-create a tool cart similar to it, for myself !
If Greg doesn't have a list I can help with getting you most of the part numbers.
@@cumminsdieselfreak If you could, that would be great. Thanks for the help !
Can you please tell me where did you get the shim used between the spring and axle? Thank you
Errrr drum brakes lol any plans to upgrade to disc or rotors as you Americans call them just updated are k104b to disc abs and traction control
This is my favorite truck on the channel right now
Now we know once the semi is done there’s gonna be another big trailer reveal!
Headlight mods look great, and the lowering was much needed! Bumper really made the truck look alot more complete. Once those shiny sewer pipes are on, it'll really be looking great. Good work bro
He had a nice setup rolling in with a trailer and everything.
Wow, amazing what lowering the front end did for the overall look. Looks great!!!
Looking good. Looks completely different from when you first got it.
Those snapon pwz are one of those tools you don’t think you need until you use them then you buy the whole set. Easily one of my most used tools
The drop was a great idea it looks sick!
Color matched grill surround an an all chrome mesh in the middle
Looking good. Hope you are in joying the Bowling Green Area!
It’s a great place to be!
Do you have any sort of plans/half plans for the green crew cab?
That tool box is absolutely gorgeous
Peterbuilt aka the bucket boss... lookin good!
Always a good day with a new Greg A video! Keep it up! And the Pete would look killer hauling the race trailer, freakin sick!
Yes sir!
What kind of metal is the bracket you welded
Pete is looking great. Can’t wait to see it with stacks and the Greg A detail job.
After seeing you IG post have have been refreshing UA-cam! Keep up the great work!
the long nose petes 🤤. That's my favorite part about working at the fire Department starting those big diesels up. Our tanker is a 3000 gallon kenworth w900 big cam Cummins my favorite truck to drive, most people are afraid I love it.
Where did you get those lower blocks?
I like the ride height right there. The pete is really starting to look good. The stacks are gonna make it look much more complete. Stay well and stay safe
You doing any fancy fiberglass rear fenders or something of that nature?
You should do a paint matched grille surround and get rid of the vertical bars in the grille.
hell yeah! shes looking alot better.
Looks way better with the blocks out!!
Looking sweet, can’t wait to see the stacks installed.
those snap on pliers are the best
Hi Greg, I did the same thing on my but know the transmission it’s doing a weird noise! Let me you end up with the same problem, TY
when you change the ride height it changes your drive line geometry and can cause a driveline noise.. I don't know how people properly lower rigs or if there even is a "proper" way to do it.
Hell yeah that big rig is starting to look good and I like it where its black
Mike is doing all Greg’s work lol taking over the channel
Building my dream truck, almost exactly. Totally jealous.
Truck is looking good! Can’t wait until you polish everything up!
Where can Oder that part to lower my truck please help
Them gawd dang straight stacks boi I can’t wait
I am so pumped to see and hear those stacks on! The truck is looking sick.
Love how this truck is coming along
You can't go wrong with a Black and Chrome 379 Peterbilt! I think you should keep some of the chrome (I know you love your blacked out)
When ya get the new headlights....swap the high/ low ones to the inside slot and high beam to outside slot.....better yet I like the 5by7 single version on dropped spindles.......looking nice now....
Where do you get the shims from ?
It looks SO sick lowered and with that bumper. 😎
Lookig good, front airride would make it 100%. Front airride from Horst or Jimmy Ferrell are probably the best out there. They both are out of Pennsylvania, I get about 6 inches of travel in the front airbags, all controlled from the cab, u can really slam it when parked and raise it when needed
Awesome content
Beautifully executed
Getting rid of them blocks was a improvement
I love blue tip socket wrench
That sure is one big bug splattering bumper! Looking good so far.
Damn after every video the big rig looks better and better I love it
Jake break on the straight pipes hell ya. Now you need some spiked lug nuts maybe black.
It's gonna look great! Can't wait to see it with the stacks!
Good lord love it i think the 24 and 22s look good for tire sizing
Almost. Looks like to much pressure on ur mount bolts for front bumper need to put shim in between mount and bumper
Whens the 18 speed swap coming lol?
looks awsome brother... floats all the way around would make that thing look stellar.. I'm surprised your not blacking out the whole truck lol i expected a black chrome bumber lol
