Hey - practising breathing exercises like this can actually be great for people with asthma. I hope they help you to improve your breathing, but you could also try diaphragmatic breathing and pursed lip breathing - give them a google! Hope that helps 💙

Hey - absolutely. Use those rest periods to return you breathing to normal before you go for another cycle. Hope that helps!
