This is a guided breathing meditation to help calm your mind and improve sleep quality, by releasing tension through the whole of your body. The meditation involves gentle music to relax your mind and body, breathing, body scan and relaxation to help you get great quality deep rest, to help you wake up feeling fully rested, restored and refreshed. There’s 30 minutes of guidance and then 10 minutes relaxing sleep music only with no talking.

Some nice visualisation ideas in this like the fish Gill ribs and breathing into your vertebrae cushions 😁 I struggle without something to visualise or keep my mind on track as the thoughts creep in, but this was a good balance of body relaxation without a full guided visualisation which can sometimes be too much 😁

Been having a hard time sleeping for 5 years. When I do passout its 12+hrs or less than 2. Last 4 nights I have been listening to these videos of yours and have been falling asleep on my own time and staying asleep. Thank you very much!

Here for the 7th night in a row and I haven’t managed to stay awake till the end once yet. I am an insomniac and I’ve found deep breathing helps me to drift off for a few hours but struggle to find videos that have this aspect/creators whose voice is grounding for me. Thank you ☺️ New subscriber!

i'm in sensory overload and the music is too loud for me. it overwhelms your voice and it's kinda high-pitched. :(
Music can sound quite different through different headphones. Have you tried listening on your phone without headphones? The music often sounds quieter without headphones.

@@carolinemccreadyyeah i was listening on my laptop without headphones. Now that I’m re-listening when I’m no longer overloaded, it’s all fine. It was the first time I didn’t like the music in your videos. I’m quite mortified about my comment, actually 😅 I’m usually not someone who complains about anything. Sorry!
@@carolinemccreadyanyway, it’s really soft on my phone speakers and your voice is very clear. It’s funny how sensory overload can distort how our brains process information.
@@persapphone there’s nothing at all to apologise for please don’t feel bad in any way! 💛 Computer speakers can definitely warp the way things sound and create weird frequencies. I also know how much sensory overload can affect the way we experience things too. I’m really happy it sounds ok through your phone speakers.
