Very easy even without machine. Soft and fluffy sausage buns. I added cajun seasoning into the buns and some mayo on top with parsley. Imo this recipe makes 8 buns as it very big

Hi.... could you please tell me What the difference between thangzhong hotdog bun and other hotdog bun?in term of their taste, texture and smell?
Tangzhong is the “water-roux” or the water flour paste he made before making the dough. This Japanese technique gives the bread a much softer texture.
