I would never have thought in a million years that a gluten free, sugar free carrot cake would look appetizing but it does even before the frosting.

I am sat here watching this, icing two dozen cupcakes for my children and nieces and nephews for my daughter Jessica's 5th birthday tomorrow. They are definitely not sugar free but they are dairy free. I love baking too!! Xx

Besides being a wonderful beacon of positivity you have informed me on many things on being disabled that I hadn't previously considered despite being partially disabled myself. Could you please give us your take on the PIP in uk and it's controversy as you have such a great platform to educate and reach people who might not be up to par with what its ramifications are to disabled people. Many countries in Europe unfortunately seem to be heading in the same direction..

I love baking too! And here it's also just two of us. I bake quite regularly and I just put loads in the freezer. That way you can also have cake when you don't have the spoons to make it :)

I bake 1 cake per week and I don’t even like cake. But my school mates love me cause they get to eat cake every week. Baking is just so relaxing and it makes the house smell good.
I made brigadeiro today (brazilian candy that's all the best things about fudge and all the best things about truffles but easier than both of them) and it's my new "I feel like shit let's eat sweets" recipe. Cakes are wonderful though, and I always insist on making my own birthday cake, because honestly that's the best part of being a birthday person. So, happy birthday!

what a great recipe! i love baking so so SO much, but i have stopped eating sugar altogether, so i have rarely baked at all in the past year :( thankfully, my flatmate's birthday is coming up and we're having quite a bunch of people over, which is why i get to bake three whole cakes at once :D i was told 10 times that i didn't have to do all the work, but i am honestly just excited i get a proper occasion to bake for :D

Have you tried using xylitol? I've recently started on a low GL diet, and found stevia just isn't for me.. But then I discovered this amazing 'dessert' peanut butter that uses birch xylitol, and I'm now thinking it would be perfect for cakes!
Hello Jessica! Could you maybe show us how you remove a liquid lipstick? I've fallen in love with them after watching your make up video but I always struggle with taking it off after a long day of school! (And how you keep your lips from chapping because that seems to be a problem with those lippies 😝)

Have you tried using honey as a sweetener? I'm not sure if your stomach can handle it, but I cut out all refined sugars a couple years ago and honey is the only thing I eat now. Splenda is still a refined sugar, so this isn't really sugar free in my mind.
