I've been in lockdown in Texas. Haven't lost power because I live close to a hospital but the streets weren't safely drivable for week. During the worst three days of the snow storm I could see firetrucks, ambulances, and police cars rushing to whatever was happening out there. It felt like nonstop sirens. It has calmed down now. Glad I found your videos. I didn't know what shape I was in. I've lost my youthful flexibility.

Our favourite video because of the fire arm exercises and the great Italian music. We did this exercise (video) several times on our three-month sabbatical trip in Costa Rica and Canada. Especially "in the" camper a challenge to the space ;-) - we are thrilled!

You are a superstar. My arms are burning. I have a son and nephew who are personal trainers but are too busy to work with me daily at present. Besides I want a female who gets it! You don't need weights or a 30 minute workout to see results just a few minutes a day, 4-5 days! Yes! Great!!!

Pleasant to listen to and not extreme like most videos, it also helps that we are of similar age. Thank you for making these videos.
I have been doing these exercises with you for about a month. My stamina has already increased. I'm excited about the exercises as I'd been looking for quite some time for exercises I can perform. I have fibromyalgia, and cannot perform exercises that impact my joints, bones, and muscles. I am in pain every day, some days are worse. The wrong (for me) exercises mean I hurt extremely, and cannot move for at least three days. My main exercises are walking, yoga and swimming. But, at my age. I need more. And, your exercises are exactly what I need. I can't thank you enough.

!!! Yes, my arms are burning, particularly my shoulders! True confession- that's even with a couple of rests ( had to put these arms down for about 2 seconds a few times).This feels like the most challenging arms workout yet, because the arms go straight from one set of moves to the next. Wow! I thought i was going to finish without putting my arms out. On the one before last exercise I had to drop them for such a tiny time, they were killing me! Loved it and will repeat after tomorrow.
Awesome arm workout. I received my first dose of the vaccine on Friday so my arm was a little sore to begin with. (BTW, no other side effects). I look forward to doing this workout again ...under normal circumstances. Thank you for all your wonderful workouts.
