- I like a good ol organized boat just like the next person and it's pretty frustrating when it's your turn to ride and you spend time untangling a rope. So I'm doing my best to share some things I've learned over the years. I know there are many different ways to coil ropes but these are some of the ways that I've found to be the best ways to coil, store and then throw out for your next set. If you have some other ways or have insight, please do so kindly 😊

Only been to Lake Powell 3 times in the 20 years I've lived in Utah. Best time of the year to go to get good wakeboarding conditions is Sept/Oct when there's less traffic, water is still warm & air temps are mild. Powell definitely feels like being on Mars. I know I heard that somewhere :)

Love to see a walk through of the storage on your boat, how do you set it up, what gear you keep where etc. You're OCD, and I love it, but i feel like I've reorganized my storage layout a dozen times and its never quite what i want!

I have a question, is there another wakeboarding/wake surfing game in progress or in development. I feel like with the gaming platforms we have today, that have hyper realistic graphics. There would most definitely be a demand for the game, and I feel like it would educate people on the life of a pro wakeboarder. for all people to enjoy.

Hey Shawn I've been watching your videos for awhile now and I just went out this morning for a rip session and I've been practicing some of the things you've been teaching in ur vids. For instance I did my first surface 180 FS and bs. I did them just like u said to in your video and it was super easy!!! I even went wake to wake for the first time and the tip u gave about power release really helped me get a lot of pop. I appreciate the videos keep up the good work😁👍💪

Thank you Shaun, I feel you were watching us up at Foster in Oregon a couple weekends ago LOL., Daughter and I were stowing the anchor on the Supreme's bow from hangin out in the cove playin on a couple of those Hyperlite paddle boards. Want to get to Lake Powel so badly, when is the best time of year for water hight but warm as well ? July as in now or spring/ summer ,,,, summer/ fall ?? --- Listen to me--iam getting all excited just askin a question LOLOL .. You are great- with people, kids, you have a great voice and calm way 🤙

Even coiling ropes is more fun at Lake Powell. I better plan a trip to Powell to clean up my rope locker.

Shaun, in one video a year back or so, you showed your clean dock line setup. Before I add cleats to my dock, I would like to review that setup first. Do you remember the video?
I honestly don't recall but I drill a hole through my dock and tie a weight, 15-20 lbs...ish, and use a good dock line with a loop on the end. Tie a knot in it so it doesn't pull through the hole. I may do a video on this bc I just upgraded my dock and need to redo it.
That’s basically how I’ve been coiling my ropes (thanks to UA-cam), but I need to learn how to throw the handle out like that! Impressive!

Electrical cord organizer from any hardware store. Used them for years on all my ropes.
I actually use the velcro rope holder the wakeboard rope comes with for my electrical cords 😂

Hey I know you’ve been with a company for life vest, do you have anything for guys with a long torso? Most life vests have a bottom around the top of my belly button. Do you have or know of anything you recommend? Thanks!
My new vest does just that and even had a dad last week say how much he liked my longer vest bc it covered his gut 😂
