I'm currently on a cut I take for my pre workout 20 grams of bca' s and creatine and glutamine .. I do my weights session and do my cardio after most days and have a sweet potato with butter and whatever meat I have available about 30 mins before I train .. I feel strong throughout workout and cardio while sipping my pre drink.. is it pointless me adding cyclic dextrine or should I use that for when I'm after putting on lean mass gaining phase ... thanks

When you look at the key players like Ruffin, Breon, Bumstead, Ramon, those guys have extremely small waists genetically, which Wesley doesn’t have for a ‘classic’ physique. I’m strictly speaking on behalf of what I’m saying is truthful, and what’s been said many times over that hinders Wesley.
@@R.P.E I feel Wes' huge lats, arms, and tight waist provide a good enough taper, he only has that waist structure because he's 6 foot 4. I think his physique is better than CBum, Terence, and plenty of others. I don't like CBum's physique, his shoulders are too prominent, his arms aren't up to scratch at all, and his quads have a weird shape.

That’s what Breon, Bumstead, Ramon, and Ruffin all have against Wesley. We all know he has a great work ethic and, but his waistline seems to be the major hindrance. Nothing I’m saying, should be at surprise, Which is why he can’t place very high in classic physique at the Olympia.

As a fan of the sport and someone who can see your potential, I do think you need to be careful, the things you are taking are affecting the shape of your face. It's a warning sign, slow down, come off the PED's for a while, see how you feel.

How tall are you and what's your weight goal for the competition? I'm just try to see how less food I need with my crappy genetics. I'm 5'8 at 175 pounds, 10-12% bodyfat normally. There is no way I can eat that much, no matter what cycle I would be on haha
@@KevinAbyss He’s like 6’2.5”, and he around 247lbs at comp. You can google his stats. That said, you should not compare yourself to professional bodybuilders. His diet, workouts, prep and anything else were designed for him specifically - everyone’s going to need something different.

To boxy of a waistline. It hinders the illusion of the V-taper, that’s what Ramon and Bumstead have executed so well, plus just genetics in general.
