Cant agree more!! PPL always put too much weight for biceps.
I train with maximum 10kg single arm preferably 8kg for better mind-muscle connection.
And my arms are much bigger now the ever before.
    Keep up the great vids!

If you workout for 2hours you want that the last set is the same intense as the first set-Wesleys quote.
Your brain is fried, better eat carbs.
    Is Sprinter running a Marathon?
No-Sprinter runs as intense as possible for 100-200metres
Marathon runners are running 42kilometres low intensity.
There is no activity in the world that you can do for 2hours and do it with the same intensity unless you are using very very low intensity.
Is your training low intensity training?
Try to sell these supplements with the truth and with Scientific Facts and you will sell anything.

      1. He is using an EZ bar with a close grip, meaning the biceps isn't fully supinated like a straight bar is, so that will alleviate some of the tension on the biceps tendon.
      2. He isn't fully straightening his arm at the bottom of the rep, meaning the tension is kept on the parts of the muscle that are stronger I.e. the full contraction and the midrange.
      3. He is using weight that he states are not heavy for him, and is able to control for the entirety of each rep of every set.
      4. Educate yourself better instead of just reacting to that one video of that guy who tore his biceps going too low on a straight bar preacher curl.
