These are the first acceleration reactions from the first 24 hours of me owning this car. It is really a blast to drive!
I took delivery of my Tesla at the Glen Allen Virginia dealership outside of Richmond. I traveled from Bristol, Virginia. They had several model 3, model y, model x and model s. They also had a few plaids. Enjoy! Make sure you subscribe for the acceleration reaction videos coming next.

My 5.0 is fast but being in my friends model 3 performance, there’s no comparison. Now imagine the model s plaid… these electric cars are crazy
Yeah no doubt! The plaid is a similar feeling but just turned up one more notch and you don’t get that drop off in power as much after 60 or so.

Hey man congrats on your new M3P! I’m thinking about switching out my 2021 bmw 330i to 2023 M3P, what you think about handling and ride quality? Enjoy your ride!
Thanks! The handling and ride are great. The 1,000+ pound battery on the bottom lowers the center of gravity and takes handling to another level. I can easily floor it in a curve with zero problems. Coming from a 330i you will be entering into a whole new dimension of performance in every way.

The speed comes out differently depending on the battery charge capacity. 0-60 Good. But 60-110 120 is so lame that it's trash
It’s simple physics. You can’t have both crazy acceleration and a high top end with 1 speed due to no transmission. It’s still far from a slouch at 60 plus but of course it’s not as insane as 0-60. It’s over 500hp and 700lbs of torque to the wheels any way you look at it. They obviously chose to put that all toward acceleration based on the gearing they chose. Whenever a 11 second 1/4 mile becomes too slow for my daily driver I’ll make sure I upgrade😅
If 3 seconds in a sedan is just “good” what car do you drive?
Its pure self righteousness while ignoring the safety of the public. People might get killed. You should have called the police to handle this. This is so terrible and hope you guys can remove this video to prevent public from learning this bad bad bad move.
Pathetic response. You could have done better. I assure you nobody was in danger while accelerating 0-60 in a 60mph speed zone. Hopefully that will allow you to sleep better tonight. Now go put all that energy you just put into that comment and comment on some street racing videos.
How does a 0-60 reaction count as “ dangerous driving?” . I bet you drive at exactly the speed limit because it’s “ too reckless “ to go more than 5 over. He’s not going 140+ my dude.

Yes it is! That’s what I test drove before I ordered mine I was very impressed.
