@@dannythebambino I would go 5% on rear windows and 15% on front windows. Best of both worlds. This is what I done on the S with white interior I just got. 5% all around would look the best but the 15% on the front 2 will give you a lot more visibility at night.

@@TLeeFilms1 yeah that was my initial move but I don’t think the contrast would look good lol especially how much you can see through wit 15%

@@dannythebambino It looks even when you step back from the car. It’s really a hard one 15 all around seems slightly light with white interior and 5 all around sucks at night time lol there’s always a sacrifice.

If anything it might make it worse cause then there’s even less light coming in which will make every window a little darker which will cause the white to have a darker surface to reflect off of. The reflection has never been a problem to me so I never really paid attention. It’s been all positives for me on tinting the windshield. The car looks better, stays cooler, less Uv rays on the interior, and with 35 you don’t even really need sunglasses. No tickets either in a year In Virginia. I’ve had 5-6 cars with the windshield tinted now. 2 with 35 the rest 50.

I did 15% since the white makes it a little lighter 20% is my normal though.

I’m in Virginia it’s illegal here too. No problems for like 8 months now. The laws changed here to where you can’t be pulled over for tint only.

Congratulations! The tint will make a huge difference on looks and how the cabin feels. I actually test drove a metallic MYP the other day to see how it feels vs the 3P. AWESOME CHOICE.

Thanks! The handling and ride are great. The 1,000+ pound battery on the bottom lowers the center of gravity and takes handling to another level. I can easily floor it in a curve with zero problems. Coming from a 330i you will be entering into a whole new dimension of performance in every way.

Yeah I’ve planned to make one for awhile now and just keep distracted by other projects I have to work on but I will definitely keep the idea in mind!

It’s simple physics. You can’t have both crazy acceleration and a high top end with 1 speed due to no transmission. It’s still far from a slouch at 60 plus but of course it’s not as insane as 0-60. It’s over 500hp and 700lbs of torque to the wheels any way you look at it. They obviously chose to put that all toward acceleration based on the gearing they chose. Whenever a 11 second 1/4 mile becomes too slow for my daily driver I’ll make sure I upgrade😅

Yeah no doubt! The plaid is a similar feeling but just turned up one more notch and you don’t get that drop off in power as much after 60 or so.
