Any time I see mountain terrain I study the footage to see where the mountain has been shredded for real estate development like all the other mountains out her in Cali. We all know come summer that mountain will be on fire 🔥🚒👩‍🚒

Most helicopters use VFR which means the pilot must be able to see the ground (streets,fwy,& landmarks) to navigate. Therefore unlike planes and commercial jet, there is no normal altitude for choppers...

That mountain is constantly crumbling, so even in the best snow condition there are always a lot of rocks on the surface, so if you don't mind tearing the base of your skis up, it's a great place to ski.
