Cold plunging will change your life! All about the mental toughness 💪🏼 be super careful doing it in your bath tub, especially in Florida. Apparently pipes can crack going from the Florida heat to that ice cold! I was doing the same thing until a plumber told me otherwise 🙃

Wish I could sleep like that! You asked for breakfast ideas-I usually eat an orange 🍊 with eggs 🥚 & cheese & salsa, sometimes sliced avocado 🥑 on the side, and a decaf coffee ☕️ with cream. I love fresh fruit in the morning. ❤❤❤ that y’all are taking pics on the beach 🏝️! So fun about Ty’s birthday. I remember our daughters Heather & Leah smashing the cake & making a mess, lol.

I don't have a creami (yet), but try blending the chia seeds in a spice grinder! I do that for cookies as an "egg" substitute. So it will still thicken the creami, but not give you the weird texture 🤗🍦

this gave me flashbacks to doing ice baths during track season after practice normally leading up to track meets haha always hated it but my coaches told us it was so good for our muscles
also! I have been loving protein oats
the recipe I use (I do not have measurements I just eyeball everything) is:
I mix oats, cinnamon, chia seeds and milk together and then microwave that for a few minutes until cooked, then I mix in protein powder, a little more milk, honey, a little more cinnamon, and some frozen mixed berries or sometimes I just do frozen blueberries and pop that in the microwave for like 30-60 more seconds and then I put in some almond butter or peanut butter whichever I have or prefer that day and mix that up with the oats and berries and try to smash some of the berries a little bit to release the juices lol and then top it with some more frozen berries and it is delicious, so filling and so quick and easy!
