    April goals -
    -Start hitting my protein goals
    -Making sure I’m drinking all my water every day
    -As the weather is warming up, make sure I am getting my daily walks in as well as my workouts
    -Start appreciating the little things!

    My April goals include starting and finishing a devotional, 5 am workouts at least 4 times a week no questions asked, journaling more, more time spent outside, and finding joy in the loneliness. (Recently graduated college in a new city) Thanks Sydney!

    I’m getting married this month and moving to a new state, so my goal for April is to find as much peace as I can with these big life moments and changes hitting me all at once. I hope to find a church I align with and trust, create a balance workout routine, and overall dedicate myself to inner peace and balance. 💗

    My biggest goal this month is to find purpose in everything I do. I’m excited to keep up my consistency with going to the gym, staying active after my cheerleading season ends at the end of the month, finish off my sophomore year of college strong, keep a good mindset. As well as eating healthier and remembering to be patient and kind to the people I love in my life🫶🏼

    The largest goal for the spring that feeds into this month is to create community. It's easy to wait for community to form around you but I'm being intentional with getting involved with new friends and in fact I just joined a new church last week. Love your vids Sydney!

    Honestly, my April goal is to just make it through! It will be one year since my dad has passed and it just brings up all the feelings and memories. I just want to spend as much time with my friends and family as I can!! Sometimes it feels like you are making no progress, but reflecting back on where I was last April to now, I think I’m doing just fine!     my biggest goal this April is to love myself again. I have been struggling a lot lately with self confidence and body image and I really want to work on changing my mindset around that! I just recently started a new job as a pediatric nurse and being around the kiddos all the time fulfills my heart! Although being a night shift nurse, I'm struggling with feeling I'm not doing enough as I know have to sleep during the day and miss out on family events, time with friends, etc. this month is all about balance and self love 💗

    - sort out and get rid off stuff I do not need. I am moving at the end of the month and are using the opportunity to do a propper spring clean
    - increase my water intake to at least 2 liters every day
    - spend some time outside every day
    - get back into a workout routine after a month of traveling
    - clean eating with limited refined sugar

    you are SO inspiring and have such good spirits! I haven’t been able to work out much over the past year- after having a baby, and living in WI where it’s FREEZING in the winter. I found a yoga studio I truly love, not too far from home, and I hope to get over there more often.     Goals for April - to live in the moment and soak up as much as I can! I’m traveling to AZ to see my sister over my birthday, so soaking in the precious family time. Then at the end of April I want to continue to pause and enjoy my time - we have engagement photos and i want to soak in my precious time with my fiancé. I feel like this year is flying by and I’m getting married in the Fall so REALLY trying to soak it all in. (Teaching my yogis in class helps me remind myself🥹)!

    Loved this vlog!❤ Also here to say that we love the “repetitive and boring “ at-home meals. For me it’s cool to see because it’s so relatable and translates to my normal every life!
    My April goal is to come back to myself. I’ve been stressed with work and school and haven’t been treating my body right. I just want to do what works best for me and crowd out all the other noise.

    My main goal for April is to post on UA-cam more! Due to TikTok most likely getting banned in 6 months, I looked on the brighter side and told myself “this is God pushing you to take the next step” SO more UA-cam this month!

    Watched your last weekend vlog this morning, excited to have this now!
    My goals for April are manage my stress levels! Going to try and start my day outside first thing, get some sunshine, journaling at night, and daily walks (8-10k steps!)

    My goals for April include doing a majority of the final wedding planning, working out at least 3-4 days a week, try to be outside as much as I can with the weather getting nicer in IA & focus on eating clean 🤍✨
