I've been using this for 2 years...I think it's the best sleep tracker ever! Also, the customer service was really awesome, they replaced my broken battery with a new ring for free:D
Thanks for this review. I wear an Apple watch all the time, but it would be nice not to as it feels nice to have a bare wrist sometimes. I'll have to look into the Oura Ring.
I stopped wearing my apple watch because I felt like I could never unplug from my phone. But I really like the idea of having the tracking of important data without a whole watch.
I have got the size ring kit from Best Buy. Still trying to decide if I want one. The main thing I am hesitant about is the monthly fee. The $5.99 doesn’t brother me monthly. But seams to me they can raise the fee anytime they feel like it. I compare it to the streaming services who arbitrarily raise their fees all the time. $5.99 ok. But not 7.99, 8.99 or who knows what the fee could be. Kind of have you over the barrel.
I just got the sizing kit and I feel really uncertain about how it should fit... Like it should be easy to put on/off, right? And it's okay to be able to rotate it around my finger comfortably? As long as it's not like spinning loose on its own?
Mine rotates around my finger and is easy to take on and off. I didn’t want it to be too tight or it wouldn’t be comfortable to wear while I sleep 💁🏻♀️
The only thing holding me back from the ring is my walking pad. I’m assuming it doesn’t pick up your steps when using a walking pad while working at a desk? I currently move my Apple Watch to my ankle to track that movement.
Thanks for such a thorough review! I had no idea there was a monthly subscription for the app. I like the concept for natural cycles buttt I find the ring so bulky
Question: Do you use you iPad Air in your videos? How do you like it? I’ve been watching and I think you do. I’m Deciding between it and the Pro and I’m leaning more towards it. Yes the Pro is fun but it may be more distracting and addicting. And it’s way more expensive

This was super helpful! Would you consider doing a video on the changes you made to improve your sleep? Would be so interesting 🙌🏽🙌🏽
I bought the sizing kit for 10.00 off Amazon and then it took 10.00 off the ring when you buy it. Also it’s on sale a lot so just keep watching
Thank you for the review 😊. What lifestyle changes did you make to improve your sleep?
Nice review! 💯I’m sold on the gold now now… thanks! Upgrading to Gen 4 from 3!
Oh my goodness thank you for making this video! I feel like I’ve been waiting ages. It’s very helpful 😊

I’m so excited to finally hear your thoughts about it!! I got the Silver Horizon and few months ago, and I’ve been absolutely loving it!
Than you! What camera do you use to film? Great quality!

Totally agree! It’s a toss up
Ive been using the natural cycles app and i use a basal thermometer that costs only $15, in case youre interested and dont want to pay for oura ring.
You guys don’t need a ring size kit if you have a Best Buy near you they usually have sizing rings on a display where they have the Oura on display

Tried the Horizon and found it bulky, switched to the Heritage and barely feel anything.

It should pick up walking pad steps! Mine tracks treadmill steps
My Apple watch tracks my steps on my walking pad. Strange!
@@stacyoneill5604I think it’s because my arms are resting on my desk cause I’m typing as I’m walking…..
I’ve decided to get the new 4, but I have lots of doubts about the size and the finger to use it on…any pro tips?
You just have to try their sizing kit i buyed it too big and also was able to exchange it for a smaller one
Do u have oura ring 4? if so - what do u think?=
