  • In our mission to create the best load carrying equipment in the world, we’ve set out to achieve the best fitting, most comfortable pack harnessing systems possible. Over the last few years, we’ve spent countless hours measuring and fitting hundreds of different body types and logging the results to better understand how our customized fit interfaces with all different body types. The result has been a new sizing configuration that fits just about every human out there and unifies MYSTERY RANCH pack sizing across the board.

I love my 6500. The price was painful, but I have learned the hard way that it’s better to “buy once, cry once”.

I just found out about your company and purchased the Coulee 25 as a pack for mountain biking. Let me just say you guys make an incredible pack. The triple zipper design is something I wished I had, and was stoked to see you guys do it. And the yoke adjustment is sheer brilliance. Couldn't be happier, you guys nailed it!

I have been hunting now with a mystery ranch beartooth for 3 years now and absolutely love it. Just watched this video for a refresher as I’m heading out on a goat hunt tomorrow. She’s fully loaded up and ready to go! Thanks for saving my back mystery ranch.
    Cheers from British Columbia Canada

I'm looking forward to the Bridger 65 being back in stock, I need a big arse ruckie for an upcoming multi-day trip.
I have your Skyline 17 as an EDC bag (OK it's a climbing bag, but I really liked the clean looks of it...), it's *beautifully* put together, comfortable, and the fact that you can remove any of the buckles / straps you don't need is just simply genius. Mystery Ranch: Just perfect bags 🫠

Should this be done with like 40 or 50 lbs in the pack or empty?

Does Mystery Ranch accept concept backpack designs that fit with their Guide Light frames? I have a design I'm working on.

Hey, Marcos, thanks for reaching out. You can submit via Contact Us but right now we don't have an intake online for Unsolicited Ideas Policy which means we'd own the idea with no requirement to do anything with the submission.

Yes, stuffing your bag will help adjust correctly against your back due to the weight.

pack is good for biking but try walking and you'll fall backwards right off the mountain. Incredible upper body pain also.

The rest is attributed to your training. Soldiers do this all the time without falling off mountains.
