    Would liked to have seen how the lights were disconnected. Also, the vid begins with a side view of you wrenching bolts where the viewer can’t see what you’re doing. I’m having to replace my rear frame assembly and was hoping your video would help.

    • @SinisterClutch
      @SinisterClutch  Рік тому +1

      I’m more than happy to help you. At 3:40 I show the bolts when removing the fascia. I do explain the bolts sizes. At 4:57 I explain where the bolts are to take the rear fender off with size of bolts. At 7:32 I explain I needed to take off the saddlebag support. I don’t typically show unscrewing bolts or screwing them in because I don’t want to seem insulting. I did clearly explain the bolts. No I didn’t show the lights because everyone doesn’t have the same lights. The tribar light from factory is one plugin. I hope this helps.

      @@SinisterClutch i needed a vid just like this to see what the difference is in the pre 14 to post 14 models for the fender support bracket. Want the bracket for the 14+ style guards to match my 14+ style bags on my 2013 SG. Based on ur video, looks like my idea will work to just bolt it right on! (I realize you've said nothing to support this idea, this is purely my speculation) Thanks for the vid!

    I watched this video to see what you had to do to remove the rear fender, then when you got to the info I needed and you started to have trouble the video skipped to. . . . Now the new fender is on. . . . WTF

    • @SinisterClutch
      @SinisterClutch  2 роки тому

      I mentioned the bolts to remove and the saddlebag mounts. The rest is the two bolts on the side of the fender. Ask away I’ll help you.

  • @kevsavary144
    @kevsavary144 2 роки тому +1

    Unfortunately, you skipped all the meat and potatoes of the side brackets, tour pak hardware, actually removing the fender and the difficulty of getting it back in, relocating and securing electrical... appreciate your efforts, but 12 minutes to change the fascia is somewhat redundant

    • @SinisterClutch
      @SinisterClutch  2 роки тому

      I explained the saddle bag support removal. I don’t have a tour pak. Unfortunately it was difficult to show putting the fender on and film because I needed both hands. Filming and doing installs can be a pain at times because of that. If anyone has a question I can always answer them. Appreciate you watching 🤙
