    I have 25k on my SG time to change out the filter save a head ache down the road. I just ordered that lang tool on Amazon for $34 way cheaper than the Harley tool lol.

      @@JoeFurtado-xv5no Yeah that tool worked great. The cam ring may be a little stubborn but take your time. You’ll notice the difference after changing the filter. Thanks for watching ✌️

    What if moved the handlebars with the ignition out. Now my forks arelocked and won't unlock!

      @@richcrino5762 Same process. You need to align the tumblers. The forks are locked because the tumblers are in the locked position.

    I can't get down there this weekend to blues & BBQ Don't get paid until Wednesday But want to get down there and ride at least pigs trail. Were is this. I am in Mo. do a lot of riding in the Mo. side of the Ozarks Need to go down see if it really is better south of the border lol.

    2018 street glide special. Red light comes on and off while riding. Checked codes. B2176 code. Bike still acknowledges the fob and everything with no pin having to be entered. Do you think this little antenna is my issue? Thanks

      @@calebtenney7871 When is the last time you changed the fob battery? You could change the battery then clear the diagnostic code then see if it comes back. I make it a habit to change the fob battery every year.

    Great tip! sequence worked for me. I did have to take out the battery of the fob and turn it in the correct position. Last owner says fob hasn't worked for two years. ive owned the trike 3 days and is now working great due to your video. much appreciated.

      @@jdawg6439 Yes I recommend it. Just to avoid any unnecessary electrical issues. Just disconnect the negative battery cable only.

    I think my Harley also starts without keyfob? Bought it from someone who drove it in the water. After that I flushed everything out, and has started and ran several times and about 2 hours in total riding. After I parked it last time it ran great, now it has sat 2 days and will start but will die after about 2 to 3 seconds does someone maybe know what the problem could be?

      What year is the Harley? Carbureted? Bad gas? Have you checked the fuel line? Could be a number of things.

      @@SinisterClutch It is a 2013 fuel injected,has fresh gas and ran fine when last put away, today went and started it but wont run for more then 3 seconds.

      @@sjorshendriks7103 It definitely could be. Have you checked for diagnostic codes? Is there a check engine light or perhaps smoke when it does run for a short time?

      I think it would be perfect. By then a lot of the roads would be cleaned up. I tried to ride the Alpine Loop Scenic Drive but it was completely closed. Just another reason to go back 🤙

    Thanks for your amazing video and explanation. I fiddle a lot with my Harley and I didn't know that is the antenna. Harley-Davidson dealership in United Kingdom is rubbish only few places you can trust hwre unfortunately!

    Just came upon this video how’s the road sofa treating you. One question how’s the passenger like the gel seat pad. I have a saddlemen step up seat and love it. Need an upgrade over the stock hammock HD seat planning on a 2500 mile round trooper in August I’ll easily put 1000 on a new seat before then thanks for the long term review

      @@michaelroy925The seat does raise you up a little but breaking it in helps some. I’m 5’10 and still flat footed with 10” handlebars.

      I'm 5'10" also, should be ok to the ground but I have stock bars on my Street Glide which are pretty much right where I like them but with a higher seat the bars will be lower for me. Thank You very much for your response, Much Appreciated 👍 I'm leaning towards purchasing a Saddlemen Road Sofa since both our behinds are pretty sore after a 200 mile day 😅

      @@michaelroy925 Yeah I use it if I’m caught in the rain. Any seat with this kind of stitching will soak up water. I actually sprayed some waterproofing on the cover to help with water resistance. There is some little slipperiness with the leather treatment but it’s not bad and eventually goes away.
