+sahmadi1000 you can use the buffer for anything but I typically hand wax
Do you use heavy duty wool cutting pad to get rid of heavy oxidation I just got one for my da polisher and have Malco Super Heavy Duty compound I don't have oxidation on new truck but if do someone else vehicle with heavy oxidation in future would use it but my brother gonna let me paint his truck in the future he lives in Texas but still really not great at painting yet automotive vehicles but he has a large air compressor and that will help better but I have a electric sprayer now that comes with multiple tip sizes and gonna use that my air compressed spray gun is a lot less than the electric sprayer which payed 70 something for the Harbor Freight air compressor spray gun was 29.99 with warranty but haven't auto painted a lot yet so will take me a while to get good at at and other things in auto detailing which gonna take a break from buying so much products now because have a lot more than last year. But I enjoy it and would do it for a job because where am at now I don't see me being there too much longer was thinking about moving to Texas but I don't know still for sure if will really do it.

The Meguiar's polish isn't an actual polish. It's a glaze with loads of gloss enhancers. So it will look okay for a while but will fade again within a few months. If you use a real polish with compounding elements (for instance Meguiar's Compound with the faded red car on the bottle) your efforts will have a permanent effect. O and water for cooling down isn't a great idea. Just use medium to high rpm and keep the pad moving.

Since you buff the old oxidize clear coat and paint and got down to the good looking paint do you have to put a clear coat on the car? Because i think the hot sun will just oxidize and burn the paint in no time if its left like that. Nice job by the way.
Good sealer would be fine
Any way to remove cracks from paint, it's like it's creasing upwards and there about a centimeter in length. The car has clear coat peeling but not in chunks exactly. 1993 mustang and is in the south so I'm thinking the heat caused the paint to go bad.
