Fantastic, that covers it. I have a late 1800’s bathroom floor, with claw foot tub, and the pipes coming up through the floor. In a very tight irregular lay out.
The other videos, always show an easy clean square room.
You should do more videos. It's rare to have a pro show how its done in such detail. I learned a lot here.
I was only looking for quick tips for putting a small piece of linoleum under my sink where there’s 3 pipes coming up… this was more than i needed but it was GREAT! A complete, detailed video on how to do something…. Awesome!

Will this prevent mice?
Did you use 15 or 30 lb. felt paper for your template?
I used a brand called "Scribe rite" felt paper.
What pencil is that?
Why tho, now you have a million seams, just put the vinyl up to the pipe split it, crease around the pipe and cut, then u only 1 seam behind each pole to the wall. Lot of work for a 5x5 piece of vinyl

Not sure if you are aware. But what was being installed was linoleum. It only comes 6’6” wide.
The room dimensions were 9‘ x 7’6”
I had no choice but to put the seam where the material ended. Besides the seams were welded. So the way I see it.
it’s all one piece.
Not sure if you’ve worked with linoleum before. But it’s a whole different animal than vinyl. but if it were Vinyl. I agree, there would be less seems.
